Comfy and welcoming stay however room was price expensive compared to similar one listed online.
Pros:

Room is spacious and very clean. Staff was helpful, welcoming and warm.

Cons:

Pillow is too soft with no neck support. Room are price too expensive as compared to similar one offered online.

Struttura nuova e accogliente, buona alternativa a un hotel tradizionale
Pros:

La struttura è nuova gli appartamenti sono puliti, spaziosi e dotati di tutti i confort (c'è persino il water con scarico automatico).

Cons:

La zona dove è collocato non è eccezionale , anche se a pochi minuti si accede alla strada che fronteggia il lago

It was good value for money
Pros:

The property is located close to west lake. It is designed chic and breakfast buffet is good

Cons:

The drainage stinks and if air conditioner is kept off. The room is generally facing the church wish there was lake view for all rooms

Pros:

Everything was amazing. Such a beautiful hotel! Large modern room, great location, close to heaps of cafes, restaurants etc and only a short grab to main areas, I wish we could have stayed for longer, will definitely book again!
