Lovely hotel with nature around
Pros:

Lovely location in a small park complex. Feels very relaxing and close to nature even though in the middle of the city.

Swimming pool is in the hotel next door. It is very nice and inviting area.

Cons:

A little bit of a walk to the bell tower but you can take metro as well I suppose.

Rooms were on a small side.

Ajánlani tudom utazók számára, nagyon jó helyen, jó árban található szálloda.
Pros:

Nagyon jó helyen található. A nyüzsgő városban egy kis zöld oázis. Az egész napi nagyvárosi lüktetés, zaj után jó a csend ami körülveszi a szállodát. Hatalmas komplexum, több szálloda található egy helyen. Gyalog könnyen elérhető muszlim negyed. A szoba szép nagy, jó a fürdőszoba is. Reggeli bőséges, nagy választékkal. Személyzet kedves, segítő. Mi egy hetet töltöttünk el itt.

Cons:

Egy kis felújítás ráférne a szálloda belsőre, főleg a bútorokra.

Localização muito boa, conforto ótimo para famílias
Pros:

O quarto familiar é maravilhoso, tem uma divisória entre os ambientes o que torna ele mais confortável. Ele também é muito espaçoso. Utilizamos a piscina e foi muita também.
O café da manhã tem opções locais e europeias, comemos super bem e fomos muito bem atendidos.

A peaceful oasis inside th Cty wall.
Pros:

A beautiful hotel in a pristine complex, with fountains and gardens. Very peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was excellent with both western and Chinese dishes.

Cons:

Great area , very quiet and comfortable room, bed was also comfortable . The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Warren Wong stood out as very kind and considerate

Struttura elegante in centro città
Pros:

Struttura in posizione abbastanza centrale, pochi minuti di auto dal centro, hotel elegante e curato, personale gentile e colazione davvero valida, anche tanta scelta per colazione internazionale. Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto tempo per piscina e palestra, ma se hanno lo stesso standard dell’hotel sicuramente saranno impeccabili. Uno dei migliori hotel di tutto il viaggio in Cina. Consiglio vivamente!

Good hotel but need some fine-tuning

Very quiet, yet fairly close to the center.
Large bed, good size room

Cons:

There is only breakfast restaurant, all other amenities are in nearby Sofitel.
At check in we were given a voucher for welcome drinks at Sofitel’s bar. So, as it was raining, we went there to kill time and ordered two cocktails. When we wanted to pay with the voucher the bar staff told us that the voucher was for soft drinks only (although it and the receptionist who gave it to us, stressed that it was for “drinks in Sofitel’s bar”. No mention that it was for non-alcoholic drinks. We paid inflated price for two cocktails but I complained to the reception at Mercure and to their credit they reimbursed us what we paid at the bar. However this was unpleasant experience and the voucher should have clearly stated that it was for non-alcoholic drinks.

Pros:

A localização é ótima, com restaurantes bons nas edificações ao redor. Quarto muito bonito, limpo, espaçoso, com tudo que precisávamos. Café da manhã com bastante variedade.

Cons:

No café da manhã muitas vezes faltavam copos, pratos, talheres e precisava ficar chamando alguém do hotel para repor.

Großartiges Hotel zu sehr fairem Preis mitten in Xi an. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Lage in einem Park ist wunderschön, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Frühstück war köstlich und bot sehr viel Variation.
