The staff was very friendly and caring.
The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great.
Parking was safe and I enjoyed my stay.
The pillows were a bit too big for my taste, as I always sleep on my tummy and couldn't do so because of the size of the pillows. But just my personal preference, not a criticism.

Es roch im gesamten Flur nach Essen, da die Treppe direkt zum Restaurant führt.
Vegetarian options were always available, flavorful, and just the right quantity. We enjoyed the view of the ocean. The staff were always ready to help, kind, friendly, and went beyond expectation to accommodate all our requests . We recommend that guests have a car to do sightseeing.
It appeared that the swimming pool was available most of the time. But the one night we wanted to use it, it was out of order due to maintenance.
Everything is beautiful and the staff very friendly and accommodating - welcomed me back like an old friend. Food is absolutely delicious and I slept very well. The lady tending the spa also helped me with an emergency after hours and was a total super star and a gorgeous person.
A rug in the bedroom for when you get dressed would be amazing, as the tiles are very cold underfoot in winter. Even if it is just partially under the bed and sticks out a little at the foot of the bed, or so - does not have to be huge. But furthermore I cannot complain. All good.

An absolutely unforgettable anniversary experience
We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary at Diaz and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel like the only guests in the hotel.
A very special mention must go to Crystal at reception...her warmth and attentiveness were something else entirely. She took the time to arrange something special for our anniversary dinner and made the whole evening feel thoughtfully curated just for us. That kind of care is rare and she is a true credit to the Diaz team.
The restaurant was absolutely outstanding!!!!! the food was delicious, the presentation was beautiful and the service was world class. Dining with those incredible ocean views as the backdrop made our evening truly magical.
Diaz went above and beyond in every way. We left feeling completely spoiled and utterly relaxed. We will without a doubt be returning and we will be recommending this gem to everyone we know.
Loved everything about the hotel, a lot of attention to detail and we were surprised they were halaal friendly. The staff were amazing and welcoming. Had a great afternoon fishing just behind the hotel and it was simply perfect
The heated pool was unfortunately under maintenance which was the deciding factor of us booking the hotel instead of our other options but would go back again provided the maintenance is done =)

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage. Nach dem extra bezahlten Upgrade hatten wir ein schönes Zimmer.
Wir kriegten ein sehr kleines und dunkles Zimmer direkt neben der Rezeption. Hat absolut nicht mit den Bildern und der Ausschreibung zu tun. Weil wir so nicht übernachten wollten, mussten wir ein Upgrade bezahlen. Nicht sehr kundenfreundlich. Das Hotel müsste auch renoviert werden
