The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The view was spectacular. The breakfast was delicious and in a beautiful part of the hotel.
Lovely clean and modern facilities with great view over the ocean. Indoor heated pool was a bonus (too chilly for outside pools). Evening meal in the restaurant was exceptional as was breakfast.
Steep ramp to get out of the underground carpark; our 1l hire car really struggled! It was also difficult to access the beach (not the hotel's failt) as storm had destroyed the access steps. Can't fault the accommodation though!
كل شيء جميل، موقع الفندق، كبر الشقة ونظافتها، فخامة ديكورات الشقة، المنظر على البحر وصوت الأمواج، وجود مواقف اسفل الفندق، خدمة الغرف ممتازة، يوجد مكيف ومدفأة بكل غرفة، الفطور متنوع ويمكن تناوله في المطعم او في الغرفة، المسبح مناسب للاطفال والمياه دافئة. موظفو الاستقبال متعاونين جدا في كل الطلبات. سهولة وسرعة اجراءات الدخول والخروج. لو عدت الى موسيل باي سوف اكرر زيارة الفندق

This property and its staff really are amazing. Beautiful views, meals were excellent and beautifully presented.
Facilities are all you could want except that the spa treatments were not available.
Not much to complain about. A small gripe could be that the room was cold, it being winter, but the floor tiles were very cold and we would have appreciated a rug or mat.
Another problem for us older folks was that there was only a bath. It's very difficult to get out of when you're over seventy and possibly a bit dangerous.
The staff, especially at reception and the restaurant went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable stay.
The balcony in the penthouse has large gaps which are dangerous for kids. And the drains in the wash basins were a bit clogged. Also, some warm yellow lights would have elevated the feel of the room instead of the bright white ones. But these small things aside we had a great stay.

Meant to book at Diaz Beach Hotel and when booking didn’t realise the VERY similar name and booked at Diaz Beach & Ocean Hotel which is very confusing . Enjoyed my stay though
