Ideal für einen kurzem oder längeren Aufenthalt in Schenna.
Pros:

Gute Lage mit super Aussicht. Zimmer genügend Platz vorhanden, grosses Badezimmern. Sehr bequemes Dopelbett. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Wir würden gerne das Hotel beim nächsten Mal in Schenna wieder besuchen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels - sehr nah an einer Bushaltestelle sowie am Zentrum von Schenna. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer groß und sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr großzügig und toll. Das Hotel bietet auch viel für die Kleinen: zwei Pools, Riesen-Kinderbereich, Trampolin, etc. Unsere Tochter war sehr angetan von den Hasen im Mini-Zoo: wir dürften sie jeden Tag besuchen und füttern.

Cons:

Kleinigkeit: Es wäre toll, wenn es im Bad einen Becher für die Zahnbürsten gegeben hätte, aber wir haben auch nicht danach gefragt.

Pros:

La struttura si trova in una buona posizione. È bella e accogliente. Noi avevamo un appartamento, piccolo ma con 2 bagni con una bella vista panoramica. I gestori sono disponibili e pronti a risolvere i problemi che si possono presentare.

Cons:

L'appartamento pur essendo dotato di cucina, era sfornito di utensili utili per cucinare. È come dire ti offro un appartamento ma preferisco tu mangi al ristorante. Il parcheggio sotterraneo ha come unica via di uscita un ascensore per le auto......se si blocca e tu devi usare la macchina è una bella scocciatura fin che non lo sistemano.......purtroppo è successo a noi.

Pros:

Location molto accogliente (soprattutto perché ancora addobbata per il Natale) e pulita. Bellissimo panorama, bella la piscina interna e anche la sauna.

Cons:

Servizi totalmente assenti. Mancanza di personale nella spa, non è disponibile acqua o qualche tisana, l’ospite è lasciato totalmente da solo con alcune porte chiuse per cui bisognava inventarsi i percorsi per spostarti dalla piscina alla spa…
Qualità del cibo davvero bassa e non certo all’altezza di un quattro stelle.
Totale mancanza di offerta di vini sia al bar che al ristorante.
Rapporto qualità prezzo molto scarso

Zimmer als Studio mit Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer beschieben, faktisch ein einziger Raum.
Fehlender Service und Hygiene im Sauna & Dampfbadbereich.
Abendessenmenü 43€ mit kalorienhaltigen Vorspeisen, Hauptgang unattraktiv, Dessert convienience - nicht gewählt, aber fast alle Gasthäuser in der Umgebung geschlossen
