WE Hotel Family House

It's amazing that the house is in such a quiet neighbourhood yet is so close to the busy hub of Shinjuku. It's location is brilliant and as a family of 5 there was ample space for us all. Also there is a place to pick up/ drop off Luup scooters/bikes right by the house which we used on one night.

The host was super responsive, and even organised a taxi to take us to the airport.

The house is also near shops and places to eat.

Sehr gut gelegen, ruhiges Quartier abseits des Rummels. Viel Platz im Haus. Gute Waschmaschine und Trockner. Bequeme Betten. Die Einrichtung ist funktional, könnte allerdings mehr Charme haben.

Spacious property and very clean

This was a lovely property, perfect for our trip to Tokyo.
A group of 5 friends, there was plenty space for us all.
Perfect location, short walk into shinjuku and to the stations.

5min walk to JR station, very convenient. There is a lot of restaurants walking distance, no worry about the meals.

Posizione , zona silenziosa, appartamento davvero comodo e funzionale. 2 bagni , lavasciuga, pulizia ottima. Eravamo in 7 ragazzi ed è stato tutto perfetto

Very spacious house. Easily enough for our family of 5. Very clean, great neighbourhood that enhances the feel of Japan. Very close to 2 trains stations so no need for transport other the the train. Hosts were very quick to respond and were a pleasure to deal with.
Would highly recommend this to anyone that wants a genuine Japanese experience.

Tucked in a little Japanese street a few hundred metres from shops, restaurants, supermarkets and the local train station. Super easy to navigate. Individual rooms, comfy beds, 2 toilets (family w teenagers!), laundry facilities - highly recommend

Great location - in a quiet neighborhood near train stations.

Totally surpassed our expectations. We are a family of five with both young and older children. This property was perfect for us. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We particularly loved the location. There's loads of good restaurants and bars in the surrounding area but a couple of stops away, you have Nakano which we absolutely loved for a night out. And of course, if you want to go further afield then you're only a couple of stops from Shinjuku. 10/10

Excellent facilities and v good location

It is a full three floors house with 4 bedrooms: 2 with double floor futton, 2 with high frame double bed, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom with shower and bath, and 1 shower, big table, big tv, big and very good washing machine, big fridge freezer, all very clean and brand new. All details have been paid attention too, offering hairbrushes and toothbrushes for all, glow in the dark stairs, heater/aircon.
This rare level of space in Japan, being so clean, really makes it a gem.
It is 6min away from Okubo station, with 7/11 5min away, lots of food options on the right coming out of Okubo station.
The property manager is very easy to contact, and answers promptly.
