Perfektni hostitelia a krasne ubytovanie,uzasne ranajky. Isli sme Camino Primitivo. Ubytovanie nie je sice vobec po ceste Camina. Ale na ubytko sme zobrali taxik a domacinas skoro rano zase s autom zobral na zaciatok cesty Camina,do Grada tam kde sme skoncilo aby sme pokracovali. Dokonca kvoli tam vstal skoro rano,urobil nam perfektnu kavu,dzus,chlebik s proscutiom. Odporucam. Naozaj sme si tam velmi oddychli po prvom dni chodenia.

Der Check-in war äußerst umständlich. Nach 17 Uhr war kein Personal mehr vor Ort. Telefonisch war niemand erreichbar und nach einer WhatsApp-Nachricht erhielten wir erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen schließlich den Zugangscode für die Haustür. Anschließend mussten wir an einem Self-Check-in-Automaten die Ausweisdaten aller drei Personen eingeben, was unnötig kompliziert und zeitaufwendig war. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, wirkte alt und insgesamt nicht besonders gepflegt. Für uns war dies mit Abstand die schwächste Unterkunft der Reise.

No tengo palabras para agradecer el trato que hemos recibido, y en especial el de Joaquín, sin quien toda esta sorpresa no habría sido posible.

Hoy mis padres y mi hermano terminaron el peregrinaje en Santiago de Compostela, y desde la otra punta de España quise sorprenderlos reservándoles una habitación de hotel a última hora a través de Booking.

Desde el primer momento, la atención fue de 10. La cercanía, la amabilidad y la implicación de Joaquín hicieron que todo fuera mucho más especial. Le pedí si podía preparar una carta personalizada para mis padres y, lejos de limitarse a hacerlo, me envió varios diseños para que pudiera elegir el que más me gustara. Fue como si yo misma hubiera podido estar allí organizándolo todo.

Además, se encargó de ayudarme con el proceso de check-in para que la sorpresa saliera perfecta y, durante todo el tiempo, me fue informando de cada paso. Incluso tuvo el detalle de avisarme cuando mis padres llegaron al hotel para que yo me quedara tranquila.

Mis padres y mi hermano también quieren agradecer el trato tan excepcional que recibieron. Destacan que el hotel está impecablemente limpio, tiene una ubicación excelente y que las camas son muy cómodas. Han quedado encantados con absolutamente todo.

Gracias, Joaquín, por tu profesionalidad, tu cercanía y por haber puesto tanto cariño en cada detalle. Personas como tú marcan la diferencia y convierten una simple estancia en un recuerdo inolvidable. Sin duda, volveremos y recomendaremos este hotel con los ojos cerrados.

Buena relación calidad-precio. Cama cómoda.
Pros:

La ubicación es buena ya que se encuentra en una zona tranquila con todos los servicios cerca. Aunque es un alojamiento sin grandes lujos, me parece que tiene una buena relación calidad-precio. La cama me pareció muy cómoda y poder controlar la climatización también genial. A pesar de estar las habitaciones muy juntas, me pareció bastante tranquilo.

Cons:

El check in fue un poco complicado porque no había nadie allí y la máquina no funcionaba, pero la atención telefónica para solucionar el está situación fue buena. Solo me quedé una noche pero no vi a nadie en ningún momento en la recepción del alojamiento.

La ubicación muy bien.

Cons:

A pesar de haber hecho el cheking on line, hubo problemas al llegar y como eran más de las 17,00 h. ya no había personal. Hubo que hacer varias llamadas y luego las llaves no abrían. Pero se solucionó finalmente.
