Schönes Hotel mit Katastrophalen Service

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und auch die Rezeptionistin war ausgesprochen freundlich. Leider war unser Abendessen eine große Enttäuschung.

Der Fisch, den wir bestellt hatten, war fast schwarz verbrannt und viel zu salzig. Auch der Service war unterirdisch. Wir saßen oben, wo man zwar eine schöne Aussicht genießen konnte, aber die beiden Kellnerinnen waren ständig mit ihren Handys beschäftigt, anstatt sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Niemand fragte, ob alles in Ordnung sei, und nicht einmal unsere Teller wurden abgeräumt.

Der Service war absolut inakzeptabel und hat den gesamten Abend verdorben. Das ist besonders schade, da das Zimmer schön war und auch die Aussicht überzeugt hat.

Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung, vor allem wegen des schlechten Essens und des äußerst unprofessionellen Services.

Sehr gute zentrale Lage, nettes Personal, schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

la taille de la chambre familiale agréable (voir à installer des serrures portes accès SDB)
la navette à notre arrivée à l'aéroport, la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

carte du restaurant trop limitée, pas de menus enfants proposés. Le personnel est très gentil

Heerlijk hotel op perfecte lokatie
Pros:

Dit hotel is in één woord: heerlijk! De kamer, de lokatie tussen de hoge en de lage stad in, het erg vriendelijke personeel met altijd een lach op het gezicht, en in het bijzonder het dakterras met een uniek uitzicht over de stad en waar je lekker met een drankje kunt relaxen. Zeer aanbevelenswaardig.

Cons:

Na het douchen is de badkamer een zwembadje geworden. Gelukkig wordt het perfect schoongemaakt. Maar wel een fantastisch ontworpen badkamerkraan!

Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Ottimo ristorante con vista. Stanze ampie con vista.

Cons:

Pulizia della stanza migliorabile, ma siamo comunque in madagascar. Quartiere non sicuro dopo il tramonto.
