Free parking, breakfast, wifi comprised in the room rate.
Kindness of the personal very accommodating.

Cons:

I would just recommend to propose gluten free items for the breakfast such as fruits salad/fruits/mofo gasy/ramanunaka, and also vegetal milk / dairy free for people like me who have strong intolerances. This would have made me rate my stay with a 10/10 instead of a 9/10.

Pros:

Le personnel très professionnel, aimable et souriant.
La partie restauration de qualité est sur place au 6ème avec livraison également aussi en chambre. C'est extrêmement bien.

A chaque fois on n'est écouté par les personneles:
A un moment des clients ont fait du rafus dans la nuit et au petit matin,, l'hôtel m'a remboursé deux repas pour s'excuser des inconvénients liés à ses clients peu respectueux des lieux.

Ma wifi n'était pas très stable, du coup un technicien est venu à ma porté un appareil qui amélioré la réception du signal.

C'était très bien 👍

Cons:

Rien juste une idée pour améliorer encore :
Peut-être qu'une double porte ou sas d'entrée dans la chambre atténuerait les bruits venant des escaliers et couloirs.

Le personnel était vraiment agréable et au petit soin. Le petit déjeuner copieux.

Cons:

Séjour très agréable dans l’ensemble. Je me permets toutefois d’apporter une suggestion : je trouve un peu dommage que l’hôtel ne propose pas davantage de plats typiquement malgaches, que ce soit au petit-déjeuner ou au restaurant.
Par exemple, des spécialités comme le mofo gasy ramanonaka au petit-déjeuner ou le ravitoto en plat seraient une très belle mise en valeur de la culture culinaire locale, très appréciée des voyageurs.
Cela apporterait, à mon sens, une vraie valeur ajoutée à l’expérience.

Pros:

Хороший отель, отличное местоположение, приветливый персонал, хорошие завтраки и просто шикарный бар-ресторан на крыше!

Cons:

У нас не убирались в номере вообще, душ расположен очень странно, вся вода была на полу и не уходила. Окна очень грязные, кроме балконных.

It's good all in all except flexibility of early check in.
Pros:

Location is great. Breakfast is good as well that you can choose 2 different dishes from the main menu. Room is very clean and rooftop view is perfect! Highly recommend to sit for a while at rooftop.

Cons:

the check in time. The manager and the policies both confirmed 24hrs check in is working but actually not. I came with a night flight which landed at very early morning but actually there was no room available.
