Pros:

The owner is nice and kind. She does listen to requests and is eager to help when needed.

Cons:

Extremely dirty place. The place is full of long leg spiders due to the accumulated dust and dirt. There is a heavy unpleasent smell in the apartment. Everything seems old, rusty and very poorly mantained. You will find cockroaches rooming around in the night. There is mold growing in the cealing.

Quite an unpleasent (7 day) stay. The place needs a full renovation and a deep professional cleaning.

I had to ask the owner to send the cleaning lady. At the beginning of my stay. But it was by far not enough.

Going from Philippine Arena to the unit was hard. This unit pops up when searching for staycation for Philippine Arena.
Pros:

The unit came with complete amenities.

Cons:

We would have used or bought the products if we knew the prices. We didn’t touched it, since we didn’t know the costs.
