Nothing as we couldn't stay as they cancelled 1 hour before our check in

Cons:

Last minute cancellation resulted in us looking for a place to stay at the last moment and at an extremely high price. Refund not done either.

Η τοποθεσία και το άτομο στην reception ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό, όπως και το προσωπικό που καθάριζε , που ενώ δεν ήξεραν αγγλικά προσπάθησαν να μας βοηθήσουν σε κάποιες ερωτήσεις που κάναμε

Pros:

Hotel pulito e carino la via nella quale si trova non fa una bella impressione ma è sicura e praticamente a due minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale

Cons:

Attenzione all orario di check in se arrivate dopo le 20 rimanete fuori fino al giorno dopo non riuscite a contattare nessuno

Nothing, as I didn't get to actually stay there.

Cons:

When I arrived on the first night of my stay the reception was locked, and the phone rang out. I had to book into another hotel. When I went there for the second night of my stay, the receptionist casually informed me that I had been listed as a no-show and they'd sold my room (which had been paid for in advance) to someone else. When I asked for a refund they refused. They have since refunded me, but I suspect this was only because I told them I'd be instigating a chargeback the minute I was back in the UK. They literally couldn't have cared less that I was hundreds of miles from home, with nowhere to stay.

Ottima posizione, camera nuove e con tutto il necessario

Bene anche la doccia.
Non rumoroso l'esterno quindi si dormiva bene

Cons:

A noi purtroppo è toccata una camera piccolissima pagata lo stesso prezzo di nostri amici che ne avevano una il triplo più grande, quindi quella che ti assegnano è praticamente a caso.
Il nostro bagno era senza il bidet e ogni tanto veniva un cattivo odore dallo scarico ma il ragazzo della reception è stato molto carino a scusarsi per un problema che ha detto essere di tutto il palazzo. Anche le altre camere avevano lo stesso problema.
