Cons:

Esperienza pessima.
Avevo già pagato la prenotazione su Booking, ma dall’hotel mi hanno detto che il pagamento non risultava e mi hanno chiesto di rifare la prenotazione. Così ho pagato due volte.
Quando ho chiesto il rimborso della seconda prenotazione, si sono rifiutati.
Comportamento molto scorretto. Voto assolutamente negativo.

Pros:

町のど真ん中で立地が良く、値段もリーズナブルです。wifiもしっかり機能していました。入口がわかりにくいという口コミが多かったので不安でしたが、建物の外壁にホテルの看板と矢印が書いてあったので、問題なく入口を見つけられました。

Cons:

トイレ・シャワーの下水のにおいが若干気になりました。フロント、部屋が4階なので、毎回階段を上らなければなりません。エレベーターはありません。

Bellissimo hotel
Pros:

La struttura era bellissima. Tutto moderno e un ambiente molto spazioso. A pochi metri dal centro e da Piazza Skënderbeg e da tutte le attività e cliniche. Il personale molto gentile ed educato e la signora parla bene italiano

​Oda Kalitesi: Odalar gerçekten çok temiz, konforlu ve her şey yepyeni. Dekorasyon ve düzen çok başarılı, kendinizi evinizde hissediyorsunuz.
​İç Mekan: Binanın dışı veya merdivenleri sizi yanıltmasın; odaların bulunduğu kat tamamen yenilenmiş ve modern bir havaya sahip.
​Konum: Merkezi bir noktada, her yere ulaşım açısından oldukça iyi.

Ama gitmeden önce şu iki şeyi mutlaka bilmelisiniz:
​Konum & Resepsiyon: Burayı bulmak biraz 'hazine avı' gibi. Navigasyon bazen şaşırıyor, resepsiyona ulaşmak da biraz sabır istiyor. Tabelalara ve mesajlara dikkat edin.
​Kritik Saat 20:00: Buranın en sert kuralı bu. Akşam 8’den sonraya kalırsanız rezervasyonunuzun yanma riski var. 'Yoldayım, trafik vardı' falan dinlemiyorlar, iptal riskine girmeyin, vaktinde orada olun.
