Le personnel est d'une grande qualité professionnelle, souriant, respectueux, au service du client et toujours disposé a aider.
Un special très grand Merci au responsable a l'accueil Farouk, un homme d'une incroyable gentillesse et serviable !
La restauration était a la hauteur de nos attentes, c'est un hotel confortable et propre.

A wonderful stay thanks to Aya, Sara, and Douaa at reception
Pros:

The reception team was outstanding. Special thanks to Aya, Sara, and Douaa, who made sure we had no issues throughout our stay. We had a minor issue with the room type at check-in, and they resolved it quickly and professionally. They even allowed us to check in early because my mom was tired from a long flight — a truly kind and thoughtful gesture. The room was comfortable and the stay was very pleasant.

Cons:

Nothing worth mentioning — the small booking issue we had was handled right away by the staff.

Hôtel très propre et bien entretenu. Personnel sympathique, accueillant et toujours disponible. Un grand merci à l’équipe de la réception pour le surclassement en suite, une attention très appréciée. Je recommande vivement pour la propreté, l’accueil et le professionnalisme. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Très bon hôtel, très bien placé et le personnel était vraiment super. Pour notre premier séjour à Alger, on ne regrette pas et nous recommandons fortement cet établissement.

Piscine extérieure payante en supplément de la chambre et indisponible durant mon séjour et piscine intérieur trop humid

La terrasse de la piscine extérieur est le seul endroit agréable de l’hôtel

Cons:

Lors de mon arrivée le personnel m’indique que la piscine est en supplément pour 4000da/jour sauf que ce n’est pas indiqué sur booking et de plus la piscine était inaccessible la seul journée complète que j’ai passer lors de mon sejour (3jours)
La piscine intérieur s’apparente à un hammam sous terrain, chaleur et humidité, pas propre du tout, aucun personnel sur place pas de serviette à disposition et sécurité à revoir fortement
