Worst hotel I've had in Thailand
Pros:

The location wasn't bad

Cons:

Anything. The room was filthy, stains on the walls, the balcony full of cigarette butts and bird poop. The bathroom was dirty and old with a leaky shower and an uneven floor so a big pool of water gathered there when you use the shower and wouldn't evaporate. The shampoo and shower gel were so watered down they were basically just water and wouldn't lather at all. The AC came on (too cold) when the power was on, but the remote wasn't working so we couldn't adjust it. It was old and very noisy too and kept us awake. I tried to call reception about it, but the phone wasn't working either. Nor was the hairdryer. I couldn't believe how bad it was. Don't be fooled by the nice pictures, it's a total dump. I told the lady on reception and she'd just said "ok" and smiled vaguely without any interest. Shocking.

Suck service
Pros:

Location only

Cons:

State can park in the parking lot.. End up need to park outside the hotel.. Not safe... Ride should know, how the feeling. Service suck, park at your risk.. Not recommended

Pros:

Good smaller hotel near quite a few local eateries. Easy check in, and a room and bathroom that was big enough. Quiet during the night for an easy sleep.

Cons:

A bit far from the train station, but there are local taxi songthaew that will offer to take you, for a price.
