Very close to airport
Pros:

Very convenient to airport and just walking from airport to the flat.

Cons:

We saw more than 3 cockroaches in the flat, we felt not comfortable during the stay.

Worst place in Manila
Pros:

Well I won't stay there any more. I was so disappointed with the way I was treated by management

Cons:

They didn't want payment at booking time they didn't want payment at check-in time but they came middle of day knocking my door few times while I was with my guest and demanding money like tuggs and criminals. And also ask more money what was originally asked.

Pros:

Everything was good… however you are dealing with a host. So it’s very possible you will not get a room that you see in pics. Also make sure you clarify and accurately put the number of people who will be staying in room. They will use it to bump you off your reservation if have even one more person or child and not mentioned. It worked out in end but paid more than the price I reserved.

All. TV, 2 remote controles not working, bed broken, microwave not working, no chairs and table at balcony, towels with bad smell, no soap, no dish washing soap.

Cons:

Was brought to a different condo than displayed in pictures so not sure i can comment on the same property.
Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, still visible molds in the corners. Shower water pressure was bad making it difficult to shower. Bathroom clearly needed some renovations.

Satisfied guest here.
Pros:

The place is comfortable to stay and just few minutes walk to Marriot Grand Ballroom where we had our year end party. The place is just front of Naia 3 and accessible for public transport.

Wonderful hideout 500 feet from the airstrip
