Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden sofort wieder in dieses Hotel gehen
Pros:

Die Lage ist ideal und zentral, ein paar Gehminuten vom Busbahnhof und nicht so weit weg von den Bergbahnen. Vis à vis hat es einen Coop und ein Migrolino, in der Nähe sind weitere Geschäfte wie Bäckerei oder Sportgeschäfte. Die Bushaltestelle für den shuttle ist auch wenige Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Verschiedene Restaurants befinden sich auch in der Nähe. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, die Zimmer sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Carla und Stephan sind total unkompliziert und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück bietet allerlei und genug, alles war sehr fein. Wasser und Tee stehen der ganzen Tag kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Es war alles sehr gut und schön. Einziger kleiner negativer Punkt für uns waren die schmale Betten, da wir von zu Hause aus grosse Betten gewohnt sind.

Hôtel parfait pour un week-end en famille à Saas-Fee
Pros:

Emplacement idéal à proximité du parking avec possibilité d'emprunter un chariot à la réception de l'hôtel
Chambre familiale dans les combles et très calme
Excellent petit-déjeuner
Personnel au petits soins

Cons:

Certains matelas sont un peu mous
Salle de bains toute petite mais bien équipée

Lack of air conditioning - but this was not an issue this time since weather was cooler than during my previous Saas-Fee visits.

素晴らしい
Pros:

バス停から近くて重い荷物を持って移動するのに楽で助かった。
ホテルのスタッフに美味しいお店や詳しいハイキングルートを教えてもらい、わずか3日なのにとても充実した旅になりました。

Cons:

バス、トイレに換気扇がなかったこと。でも、そう大きな問題ではなかったです。
