Not worth it for such price.
Pros:

The good thing is that it is new hotel.

Cons:

*room so close to main road that it is so noisy
*small bfast resto with limited choices of foods, expensive for 700rb rate incl.bfast
*still using deposit??? What for??!
*The room is not cleaned in details, seems the house keeper just changing the standard one but forgot the other details such as glass rack which is not hidden,the night stand any other important little things in the room.
*door is not well sound-proofed
*noisy tap sound when it works
*limited parking space
