Near to railway track so not able to sleep well also the AC and Fan was making noise in room !

Worst experience ever

Over all property was nice !

Cons:

We booked the family room for 3 adults and 2 kids and also confirmed the late check in,done the part payment as well ( in booking.com it was mentioned that no pre payment required ) , still at 2:00 night when we arrived they said that the family which came before us pay the full payment and the family room allocated to them . My full family adjusted in a small room and second day they provide us the family room and not even accepting there mistake ! At 2:00 AM midnight the owner or manager named (Deepak ) actually started argument on non sense things like have u done payment although I have receipt of the payment still he was not believing in it ! Worst experience with manager or owner ( Deepak ) !

Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

1. No stands for hand towels
2. We were given room nunber 104 and 204. After that staff shifted our luggage to 2nd floor rooms.
3. Stayed for 2 days and both mornings, there was no water in the bathrooms. Sraff was torally irresponsible.
4. Some people were drinking at the terrace when we had dinner there on day 1.

Nothing is good, no cleanliness, tiny rooms , smelly washroom, below average mattress,dull lighting, too expensive for the money.

The real worth of the room should be 500Rs per night,very disappointed

Bad experience staying with family at Treebo Blu Vyu.

The exterior of the property

Cons:

The ac remote was not provided, elevator was not working and senior citizen with us had to walk 3 storey, they just said low voltage supply hence elevator is not working. Also kettle in room was not working. Overall a very unpleasing experience .. one should never book ..
