بالبدايه الاستقبال بطيئين جداا على ما اعطوني الكرت
والغرفة جدا جدا حاااره المكيف زي عدمه ونقلنا غرفة ثانيه اسوء من قبل ماقدرنا حتى ننام من الحر وضيقه مافي مكان حتى للصلاه بالاضافة الى الشبكة ضعيفة جدا
حتى النظافه مو ذاك الزود ماغير يرشون المعطرات على قلة النظافة
كان المفروض يعطونا خبر
ولازم تطلبهم الاشياء الاساسيه زي المناشف والمناديل ..الخ لان الغرف كلها فااااضيه
طبعا انحدينا على المكان لان مافي استرداد للمبلغ

Fiyat performans olarak iyi bir otel
Pros:

Oda servisi çalışanları oldukça ilgililer. Sabah 8’de giriş yapmamıza imkan tandılar. Odalar temiz.

Cons:

Oda karanlık alana bakıyor. Eşyalar eski. 4 kişilik odaya ilave bir yatak sığdırılmış.

I didn’t like my stay there because it was very noisy and the elevator was all day long busy.

Unsafe, poor staff and customer service, receptionists dont listen and ressolve problems
Pros:

Close to masjid nabawi, lots of food around

Cons:

Staff were awful, slow and rude and didnt listen - lock on our door did not work which posed as a security risk of which will be escalated to the appropriate authorities and booking.com personally - as a predominantly female group it was not safe for us to be alone in room. Cleaners never came and offered room services, laundry staff ripped us off as well
