Pros:

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at this hotel in Madinah. The hospitality and service were excellent throughout our visit. The staff provided us with drinking water consistently for all four days, and our room was cleaned daily.

All the staff members were very polite, welcoming, and helpful, especially Khaled Abdul Nasser. who always checked whether we needed anything or had any concerns. His genuine care and attention made us feel like valued guests rather than just customers.

The check-in and check-out processes were also very smooth and hassle-free.

We truly appreciate the hotel's excellent hospitality and encourage the team to continue this wonderful spirit of service. We would be delighted to visit Madinah again and stay at the same hotel.

Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable!

Cons:

Good few days in Madinah
Pros:

The location was excellent. The room service staff were excellent.

Cons:

The check in experience was terrible. I waited patiently in line and the reception staff allowed for people to just jump the queues.
