Well equipped and comfortable king size bed. Quality fittings. If your requirements are straightforward, the place is great
Poor communication- I emailed re accessibility and never received a response. The room was downstairs and there was no lift. Light in the windowless bathroom was controlled by a badly placed PIR. The breakfast cereal was not provided
Well stocked little apartment, washing tablets, toiletries, coffee and drinks! Huge screen for the projector :)
Couldn’t control the heating on the radiator. I think it’s the thermostat is plumbed the wrong way round.
We loved the more step back approach with the host giving us everything we needed at once on arrival down to small details, that made our stay actually feel more welcoming, because we felt as if it was actually our property. Even though we didn't see them more than once nothing was left unturned. If we were just a couple without children we would happily live in the apartment. Everything was well thought out, down to welcome drinks in the fridge and a stocked coffee bar with added treats. Little Toiletry gift bags filled with things you may forget like cotton pads and que tips etc. As well as your regular toiletries. Bath robes and plenty of towels and such a comfy bed. The building is really nice, with great decor and smells amazing, we loved the original features of the property. The building is very secure and has a top of the range entry system at the main door and also for your rooms and the area is so peaceful and clean. We would definitely stay here again.
Although the entry and walkways were nice and warm at all times, our room was cold overnight. The room is stocked with 3 small radiators but you could only control one the other 2 were off. There was a throw blanket with the regular bedding so that helped but the cold air in the room made it a little harder to get comfortable to sleep. But again it wouldn't put us off we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff were great before and after the stay, and the rooms were awesome
There was lots of plug sockets, but none by the bed...also the light switch to bathroom was behind a sliding door... This meant you had to make noise to use the toilet and maybe wake up a cohabitant
I loved it how it was warm already when I checked in also the facility and location was just perfect for me it all worked out really well!

Needed more teas and coffees and milk in the room I would say. That is my personal preference. When I asked though it was given to me no problem
Nice spacious room
The toxic smell of disinfectant on entering the property was appalling and would breach all health regulations. We had to hold our breath going to and from our room from the front door. This is not an exaggeration and the level of toxicity for those working and passing through that environment is dangerous. On the basis of this, even though our room was fine we could not recommend this accommodation
Very clean and new. Comfortable bed and helpful staff. Quiet but this room is not designed for women. Good supply of soap, laundry pods, toilet paper. Very nice large towels. Good to average Internet
Room was designed for men:
•advertisement said a fireplace but you cannot use it. It’s only for show and no bidet that I could see
•lighting (stage lighting, coloured lights and overhead) no mirrors/lighting for applying makeup or shaving
•parking is difficult even in the winter
•our room was on the ground floor so not great for natural light. View was a dirt wall
•barn door for bathroom is heavy and difficult to open/close (poor decor choice) especially for women
•light switch is behind heavy barn door made it difficult to manoeuvre around
•no plugs or usbc charger by bedside so can’t plug in charger near bed. Ask for extension cord
•small table ironing board was difficult to iron on. Should get a regular ironing board for ironing
•chemical smell in halls is overwhelming
•furnishings, dishes, utensils are very cheap. Not great for cooking
