Hotel que mais parece um hotel boutique.
Pros:

O hotel é muito bom, fica em local com uma vista espetacular, o atendimento muito atencioso de todos, nos ajudaram com nossas malas pois o hotel não tem elevador, mas o atendimento é impecável, fora que fazem o Transfer para o centro da cidade que facilita muito assim não precisamos utilizar o carro e passear mais tranquilos, lembrando que a cidade é maravilhosa e vale muito o passeio.

Hôtel isolé, véhicule obligatoire même si l’hôtel propose une navette mais superbe vue

Une superbe vue, l’hôtel est placé sur les hauteurs avec vue sur le lac de Côme.

Cons:

Le personnel n’était pas professionnel. À notre arrivée on nous précise qu’on aura un apéritif offert et lorsqu’on souhaite le prendre, la serveuse nous dit que c’était pas possible (sans argument). On a dû appeler la responsable. Erreur au niveau des plats commandés car nous avons souhaité manger sur place. lors de notre départ nous avons dû attendre 30 minutes car la réceptionniste s’est absentée pour amener d’autres clients en centre-ville. Au niveau des petits déjeuner, la table pour 8 du 2eme jour n’était pas prête alors qu’on y était pour 3 jours. Pas agréable, manque de tact et de professionnalisme.

Digno de um filme .
Pros:

Este hotel tem uma vista soberba sobre o lago . Tem estacionamento grátis e oferece shuttle ao centro o que é ótimo .
Excelente pequeno almoço .
Bons produtos de higiene.

Cons:

Não tem elevador .
Nós jantamos no Hotel porque chegamos já de noite e chovia . Achamos a relação qualidade preço um pouco elevado em relação a outros restaurantes na zona .

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Du Perlo. It is a beautiful hotel with excellent amenities, great service, and a very convenient central location. One of the highlights was the frequent shuttle service, which made getting around extremely easy and convenient.

The food was absolutely amazing, and the staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and always willing to help. The entire experience was comfortable, pleasant, and well managed.

Overall, a fantastic hotel with excellent hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
