Fantastic!
Pros:

The view of the lake from the hotel was fantastic. Friendly staff, especially Silvia. Really comfortable room.

Cons:

The only negatives we have to say was that the shower wouldn’t stay at one temperature and the “room” that the shower and wc were in was cramped.

Cons:

The hotel is quite a ways from the main town area. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle but it is small and can fill up quickly.

From the time we arrived to the time we left, all the staff was wellcoming, friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.

The hotel was amazing, the shuttle is very useful to get from the hotel to bellagion and viceversa ,I want to specially thank Luca for his amazing service and hospitality going above and beyond to help me.

Our stay exceeded our expectations and our daughter would love to have a wedding there someday🩷
Pros:

The view was amazing, the room was exactly what we were looking for very quaint, beautiful window views, extra bed accommodations and the breakfast was perfect!
The staff was fabulous, answering questions, making reservations and just wonderful conversation!

Cons:

Nothing that we did not like. Just please, when making the renovations keep the quaint italian hotel feel that it is now!

Absolutely stunning views. Great hotel, great staff. Great all round.
Pros:

There is nothing not to like about this hotel. Perched on the side of a hill overlooking the lake. Just a superb outlook. Staff were awesome all round. Breakfast was great as was the restaurant. Room was spacious with a balcony for a quiet sip in amongst a fantastic view. Highly recommended.

The location

Cons:

We wanted to book the restaurant for dinner and the maitre said that they were fully booked. We ended up going to another restaurant and we were very quick and when we came back we’ve noticed that in the restaurant was only 3 tables. We had lunch earlier there and the food was amazing but the attitude of the waiter towards my friend and refusing a table to a guest wasn’t good

צוות מדהים נחמד מסביר פנים , יש הסעות למרכז העיר כשירות ללקוח .. ארוחת בוקר מצוינת כל מה שצריך. נוף עוצר נשימה
באמת חוויה מצוינת ממליצים בחום ❤️

Cons:

המרחק מהעיר קצת בעייתי ברגל אבל לחלוטין המלון מפצה כי יש את שירותי ההסעות שלגמרי פותרים את הבעיה הזו.
