Definitely would return!
Pros:

The view from our room was beautiful. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. It was a great place for our honeymoon!

Pros:

La situation est superbe avec une très belle vue depuis la terrasse du parc sur le lac. La chambre avait un balcon qui donnait sur le lac et le restaurant propose des repas raffinés.
Le personnel a répondu à nos demandes et a été très accueillant. L'hôtel propose un service de transport (compris) pour rejoindre Bellagio à 10 minutes en voiture, toutes les heures.

Cons:

La salle de bain et sa cabine de douche sont anciennes.

A localização é espetacular ! Uma vista incrível para o Lago di Como e, o serviço de transfer do hotel para o píer é fundamentalmente!

Cons:

O chuveiro oscilava demais a temperatura, fora isso que é um detalhe sútil, tudo incrível.

Jolie vue, petit dej sympa mais n’y allez pas sans avoir trouver une réduction… très cher pour ce que c’est

La vue, et le petit déjeuner, la navette gratuite vers le centre ville

Cons:

La salle de bain, surtout la douche, toute petite et pas pratique.
Les horaires de la navette espacé d’une h avec uniquement 6 places de disponible et personne qui vous propose une solution si vous avez pas eu le temps de vous inscrire en premier ( 10min en voiture, ils pourrais proposer plus d’horaires au heures de pointe)
Les parties communes sont vieillissantes…

Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas bon du tout

Pros:

L’emplacement exceptionnel nous avons eu une surclassement avec une chambre avec une vue exceptionnel sur l’superficie de la chambre très bien . Literie moyenne. Manque de finition dans la rénovation de la chambre.Petit déjeuner produits qualitatif. Resto bon mais trop cher.

Cons:

Service navette super idée mais amplitude horaire trop importante et non respect des horaires réservées.
