Comfortable room in great location close enough to centre to walk.

No kettle coffee tea etc in room ( room info said kettle was included) although when we asked a kettle and mugs were given to us but no tea bags or coffee so good to have supermarket next door .

Gutes Frühstück, zentrale sehr laute Lage, Ohrenstöpsel sind ein Muss!, Personal freundlich
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, Personal immer freundlich. Der nicht funktionierende Safe wurde zügig repariert. Zimmer hat Klimaanlage.

Cons:

Der Teppich im Zimmer hatte vor dem Bett einen großen weißen Fleck (ich möchte gar nicht wissen was das war). Der hätte ausgebessert gehört. Im Bad fehlen jegliche Halter für Handtücher. Es gibt nur einen Bad-Heizkörper auf den man alle Handtücher irgendwie hängen muss. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße. In der Nacht ist es extrem laut. Auch mit Ohrenstöpsel wird man teilweise geweckt von dem Krach. Die Kissen sind irgendwie sehr hart, besonders das kleinere Nackenkissen. Darauf kann man eigentlich nicht schlafen.

Abgesehen von der Empfangsdame für eine Nacht okay
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren für die eine Nacht ausreichend. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Der Empfang war eher ernüchternd. Als wir nach einer längeren Anfahrt ankamen und wie telefonisch abgesprochen vor 15 Uhr einchecken wollten, war die Empfangsdame eher unfreundlich und wollte uns kein Zimmer geben. Zuvor mussten wir schon warten, weil eine größere Gruppe Männer einchecken wollten. Die Zettel im Karteikasten zu finden, war schon ne größere Herausforderung für die Empfangsdame. Als wir dann mehrfach auf die Dame einredeten, dass wir noch zur Hochzeit müssten und uns noch umziehen müssten, bekamen wir dann zu viert ein Zimmer.
Ein Empfang im Hotel kenne ich ehrlich gesagt kundenfreundlicher.

Kein einziger Haken vorhanden. Wohin mit den Handtüchern?
Dafür eine (sinnlose und wahrscheinlich teuere) automatische WC Spühlung. Strom und Wasserverschwendung

Zimmer waren sauber und comfortabel. Frühstück war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Als wir am 11.juli angekommen sind, war die Frau an der Rezeption absolut unfreundlich zu uns. Am liebsten wäre ich wieder abgereist. Allerdings war das restliche Personal sehr freundlich. Die Garageneinfahrt ist sehr eng.
