Cons:

Er staat op booking com dat er airco aanwezig was maar dat is er niet , alleen een ventilator en dan nog niet op de eerste kamer die ze me gaven , ze hebben me dan toch een andere kamer gegeven met ventilator en frigo maar ik had wel zoals op booking com staat airco verwacht

The place to be in THIKA TOWN
Pros:

It was a great place. I liked the working desk and the bed was very good. The room were quite and warm. The food was great.

Cons:

Crowding workers.
Chatting workers.
Charging for Honey when I wanted it as an alternative to sugar.

Great apart from few minor issues.
Pros:

The location of hotel, swimming pool , the red carpet, the ambience, grand look and feel was excellent 👍🏽

Cons:

Breakfast was bland, no bacon no beans, the juice was too sugary. Basically limited break fast choices.The hot shower on 8th floor kept failing die to insufficient water pressure and the room phone cable was faulty.

Cons:

Terrible check-in service, tried to pass me off with a lesser room, because I got a discount on booking.com. The beds are terrible, extremely hard mattresses. The TV is some Chinese garbage I couldn't navigate.

A place I can recommend

Pros:

The family suite has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and is connected to a cozy living room.
I also liked that the family suite had two separate entrances. The master bedroom had its own entrance if needed. The living room is equipped with a small fridge, a TV and two cozy sofas.

Cons:

No real welcome culture.
The pool is quite nice but has no sun loungers and there are no towels for the pool. The breakfast is very modest, the coffee is either cold or undrinkable. It is more like tea than coffee. Unfortunately there is also no fresh juice for breakfast or in the restaurant. The fact that the family suite is right on the side of the restaurant and a live band played until midnight was also very unpleasant.
