Pros:

Väga ilus korter kaasaegse sisustusega. Voodid väga mugavad, kaasaarvatud lahtikäiv diivan elutoas. Padjad-tekid pehmed, mõnusad. Korteris kõik vajalik olemas. Palju õhku ja avarust. Sisenemine korterisse mugavalt koodiga. Meeldiv oli, et laual ootas meid nimeline tervituskaart. Viibisin Bob W majutuses teist korda ja lähen sinna kindlasti tagasi ning julgen soovitada ka sõpradele.

Heas asukohas paiknev uus, mugav ja vaikne korterhotell. Eriti mugav bussijaamast tulles.

Hea asukoht ja ilus vaade, väga vaikne ka. Kõik vajalik oli olemas.

Cons:

All kohvikus oli hommikusöök pisut igav, aga mis kõige hullem - hommikusöögi juurde kuuluvast kohviautomaadist tuli väga halb kohv. Capuccino piim ei vahustunud ja kokkuvõttes oli paras lörr. Kõht tühjaks ei jäänud ja tehtud oli maitsev, aga kohvikogemus rikkus mõnusa hommikusöögi üsnagi ära.

Очень понравилось местоположение,удобная локация и транспортное сообщение.Аппартаменты просторные и чистые,вежливый персонал.Понравилась услуга прачечной,где можно не только постирать белье,но сразу же и высушить,а также взять необходимое(пост.белье,утюг,сушилку,чай,сахар и т.д)Ставлю наивысший балл и,конечно,рекомендую!👍

Great Bob W vibe — heating reliability needs work.
Pros:

We loved the apartment — it felt like a beautiful home, and the kids really enjoyed it. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the team was reachable and tried to help at all hours. Overall, we’re happy with Bob W and also stayed with you in Helsinki during the same trip.

Cons:

On the first night (Sunday), we had a serious heating issue and it couldn’t be resolved via WhatsApp; the technical team wasn’t available that day, so we had to sleep with extra blankets. The next day the team brought additional heaters, but for a new building it was disappointing that the heating system didn’t work properly and the communication (“quite warm”) didn’t match what we experienced. Also, we only realized breakfast was included when we received the invoice — a reminder at check-in would have helped.
