Amazing service, self-check in is very easy, all info is provided before your stay. The building and the apartment is really nice and modern, good location - 10 mins by car from airport and 20 mins walking distance from the old town. Possibility to leave your luggage before check in and after check out. 10/10 would come again.

First of all, I would like to say that the hotel itself is beautiful. The room and its interior design were excellent and deserve a 10 out of 10. Unfortunately, several serious issues turned what could have been a great stay into a very disappointing experience.
1. No hot water until 9:00 PM
On the day of my arrival, there was no hot water available until 9:00 PM. I had travelled from Sweden and gone directly from the airport to several meetings. Naturally, after a long day, I was looking forward to taking a shower when I arrived at the hotel.
Instead, I discovered that this was impossible. I find it very surprising that such a major disruption could occur without guests being informed in advance. By the time the hot water was finally restored, I had already fallen asleep, so I was unable to shower that evening at all.
2. Breakfast served far away from the hotel
Breakfast was served approximately half a kilometer away from the hotel. Since I had not been able to shower in the evening, I intended to do so in the morning. However, I did not want to walk outside with wet hair in the cold morning air, so I had to skip my morning shower as well.
To make matters worse, no address for the breakfast location was provided. I was only given the name of the establishment. As a result, I had to search online and find the location myself. I do not believe guests should be expected to spend time looking up where breakfast is served.
Because of these circumstances, I was unable to shower at all during my stay, which is unacceptable for any hotel.
3. Extremely poor breakfast
The breakfast itself was also very disappointing. There were no meat options such as ham or sausages, and the portion size was extremely small—more suitable for a child than for an adult guest.
I was almost as hungry after breakfast as I had been before it. Frankly, I do not understand what I was paying for.
4. No “Do Not Disturb” signs and staff entering without knocking
I was also surprised that there were no “Do Not Disturb” signs available for guests.
After breakfast, before checking out, I decided to rest for a while. At approximately 10:08 AM, a member of staff entered my room without even knocking first. I consider this a serious violation of guest privacy
Amazing room, has everything you need, and more. Very spacious, clean, fresh after renovation, the best thing is you can access it anytime via self check-in, no hassle with keys.
