Freundlich am See
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, Tolle Lage am See, direkt am Schiffsanleger. Sehr freundlicher und auskunftsbereiter Mensch an der Rezeption, im Hotel Getränkeautomat mit guten Preisen (0,5l Bier 2€). Sofortiger und unkomplizierter Zimmerwechsel, weil Vorgast im Zimmer geraucht hatte. Nettes Restaurant im (Neben-)Haus.

Cons:

Neues Zimmer (wegen Zimmertausch) war noch nicht vorgeheizt, brauchte ein paar Std., bis es warm wurde. Ab er dafür roch es gut.

Die Lage nahe Fährablegestelle und direkt am See ist toll. Kostenfreie Parkplätze waren auch vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellt.

Wonderful hospitality in amazing location!
Pros:

The staff was incredible! I had to extend my stay until my birthday and when the staff noticed that, they offered me an upgraded room with lake view and balcony. They even decorated a birthday table for me with a Bavarian gift. I felt very welcomed and appreciated!

Cons:

Compared to other hotels, the breakfast was very basic, but good quality. Could have been due to low season though.

Lokace skvělá. Hned u přístavu. Výborná snídaně. Velmi milý personál. Skvěle parkoviště. Na 1 noc na přespání super.

Cons:

Manželská postel jsou dvě u sebe dané matrace, které se rozjížděli a neustále posouvaly.

距離湖畔很近，真的很近，從Haus 1走去搭乘基姆湖遊船可能不需要一分鐘。
飯店氛圍很溫馨，裝潢復古但仍有維持整潔。

Cons:

熱水壺與茶包咖啡需要前往公共區域取用，這本來不是大問題，但公共區域沒有水龍頭，因此一旦準備好的冷水用完，就沒辦法燒熱水了（不然就是要到房間裝水）。
此外，平日早餐若住客太少，則略顯敷衍。會這麼說的原因在於我們的住宿橫跨平日與假日，因此很明顯感受到餐點豐富程度的差別。儘管如此，我仍高度讚賞餐廳工作人員，總是迅速地詢問我們是否需要咖啡。

Das Gebäude ist in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zutand. Das Bettgestell ear dreckig. Das Waschbecken verstopft. Die Möbel und der Boden sehr abgenutzt.

Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Sehr gemütliche, geräumige Zimmer. Lage prima und mit schöner Aussicht direkt am See und an der Anlegestelle. Sehr gutes Frühstück, nettes, auch zu Hunden freundliches Personal. Therme Prienavera nur 3 Minuten entfernt, Eintritt für 3 Stunden täglich(!) im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen. Wunderbarer Seeuferweg fürs Hundegassi direkt vor der Tür.

Es war ein gelungener toller Urlaub

Der Service u das Frühstück waren Super, Alle Mitarbeiter egal ob Kellner, Rezeptionsmitarbeiter oder Zimmerpersonal waren supiii nett,
Die Rezeptionistin bot mir am Abend Ihren Parkplatz an, da alles belegt war, das Zimmerpersonal brachte mir mein vergessenes Buch hinterer und die Frühstückskellner ( Elisa ) , waren immer auf das Wohl des Gastes bedacht.
Im Haus 2 war leider das Zimmer etwas sehr abgewohnt, selbst auf die Bitte um ein anderes Zimmer wurde sofort reagiert und mir ein anderes problemlos angeboten. DANKE Diese gesamte tolle Service hat unseren Urlaub zu etwas besonderen gemacht.
