朝食が3週類から前日に予約ができます。どれも美味しかったです。尚、専任担当から細かい要望もフォローして頂いており、自分がウェブ会議用のオフィスチェアをリクエストしたら、すかさず用意して頂きました。本当に居心地が良かった滞在でした。

صراحة يستحق 10 نجوم،في قمة النظافة والترتيب، في منطقة هادئة، السعر مناسب جدا مقابل شقة بثلاث غرف ومطبخ متكامل.
الطاقم في قمة الأخلاق والادب، والخدمة والتعاون.
كمان كان فيه تنظيف مسائي حسب رغبتنا من غير اي رسوم إضافية.
ضيافة خاصة من حلى ومالح كان في استقابلنا يومنا الأول افضل من عدة فنادق 5 نجوم زرتها قبل كذا.
جربنا فطور في خدمة الغرف ، كان فطور راقي ومنوع حسب اختياراتنا وسعرها مناسب مقابل التنويع والكمية.

Ich habe längere Zeit keine Bewertungen für Booking.com erfasst, allerdings ist es mir eine Herzensangelegenheit, dies in diesem Falle zu tun.

In all den Jahren meiner Reisen habe ich bis auf eine Ausnahme nie eine 10 vergeben. Eine 10 ist für mich keine Klassifizierung die rein die Qualität widerspiegelt, nein, eine 10 gibt es nur für Unterkünfte, wo man sich rundum wohl und zufrieden fühlt und beim auschecken am liebsten verlängern würde.

Und genau dies war mein Gefühl in diesem wunderbaren Hotel. Ein wahrer Glücksfall. Verglichen mit anderen 5 Sterne Hotels in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft (Hilton Double Tree), hat hier wirklich alles gepasst. und ich meine alles.

Um nicht den Rahmen zu sprengen hier die 3 wichtigsten Punkte

- das Personal: Freundlich, zuvorkommend, pro-aktiv bei jeder Frage. Lösungsorientiert. in keiner Minute haben wir uns als zahlende Gäste gefühlt, sondern wie Teil einer Familie. Jeden Tag ein neues Kärtchen im Zimmer, ein kleiner Snack, eine Aufmerksamkeit. Ich habe über die Jahre viele tolle Mitarbeiter erlebt in Hotels, aber die Mannschaft vom Menteng legt noch eines drauf.

- die Räumlichkeiten: Sauberkeit 1A. wer Jakarta kennt, weiß, dass das längst nicht überall Standard ist, auch nicht in der Oberklasse. die Zimmer neu, Stilvoll, kaum Abnutzungserscheinungen. Helle hohe Räume. Helle saubere Gänge. eine große einladende Halle. Ein toller Pool im ruhigen Innenhof, uneinsehbar von außen, Restaurant und beauty services im Haus. und und und. Rundherum perfekt.

- die Ruhe. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, umgeben von einer Moschee und besseren Häusern. Alles ruhig, auch nachts. Und es war nicht überbucht. die Räumlichkeiten sind groß, es verläuft sich auch wenn es mehrere Menschen gibt. Dazu stets ganz klassische Musik im Hintergrund. Wir konnten uns vollends auf das konzentrieren was im Urlaub zählt: Abschalten und Ruhe genießen

Pros:

Erg mooi hotel met prachtige, ruime kamers. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en de service is perfect. Absoluut een aanrader voor wie in Jakarta wil overnachten!

Cons:

Enig minpuntje: het balkon was helaas een Frans balkon, waardoor we er niet echt gebruik van konden maken.

Occupancy was low on the first night. Breakfast only serve Alacarte but not until 7.30am. Was quite dissapointed about it.

Wonderful little oasis in Jakarta

Everything is perfect!
Pros:

The hotel facilities are exceptional! There are swimming pool, gym and basketball court. And the location is close to malls, cafe and cinema. Everything is just perfect!

I have to say the service is amazing! The staff are friendly and they even clean my rooms twice a day. The room facilities also makes the time spend there is worthwhile! High ceiling room, with kitchen stove and oven/microwave and also a bath tub you dont even want to leave room.

There are also restaurants located in the basement.

Overall i had an amazing short get away at the hotel, and im planning to go back for more!

Cons:

I love the hotel! But i just wish they have more spa options like sauna or steam.

The hotel room was very nice, but the location was very very bad and it’s too hard to get in to the address

Cons:

They overcharged me for the breakfast and was so awful. The breakfast is just so little, and they have dining room.
