Extremely Dirty, Unwelcoming and Not Worth the Stay
Pros:

Nope

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room had a strong musty smell and appeared generally poorly maintained. We found numerous black hairs in the bed, dead insects in the room, and a dead cockroach directly outside the door. The doormat was moldy and the curtains were heavily soiled.

The bathroom was also in very poor condition. The shower drain did not work properly, causing water to flow into the room. The toilet seat was broken, the toilet was extremely dirty, and there was old rubbish in the bin. The pool was unusable due to its neglected and partially damaged condition.

There were no towels available upon our arrival. They were only provided after we asked. We found the staff unfriendly and unhelpful, and our questions before arrival had already gone unanswered.

As we felt neither comfortable nor welcome, we left early. Staying any longer was not an option for us, even though we did not receive a refund for the unused night. Due to the hygiene issues and inadequate service, we cannot recommend this accommodation.

Pros:

How could you like anything thing when you dont get what you paid for?

Cons:

I am not happy with  the way how my concern was handled by your staff at the premise. I booked the room based on the pictures I saw, that nowhere matches to what i got post my checkin this evening. The pictures shown on the app are of a different room.

The staff I have dealt with are comfortably numb, despite agreeing to the fact that I have been scammed due to some issue with the booking app, they didnt have anything to offer to me to.

I feel I have been defrauded and it is not a fair business practise to deliver something other than what was chosen and booked.

Thank you for ruining my night. Thank you for an experience I will never forget. I will do what I can to ensure others are not falling for the same think. Ty!
