Good hotel, bad at communicating with their guests

Cons:

The reservation team confirmed to us ahead of booking there is a bathtub in the room which is the whole reason we booked the stay. Upon checkin we find out that the room does not and we had miscommunication from their end. We loved the room and everything but we felt cheated as we paid a lot for something in particular which we did not get.

Var der kun 2 overnatninger, inden jeg skulle sydpå. Men ganske udmærket sted. Indretningen var meget kompakt og værelserne i ikke-vestlig stil, så hvis man er til det, er det nogle dejlige værelser.

Good stay in a vibrant location
Pros:

The foyer area was very stylish and unique including the pool, bar and entrance areas. Location was really nice in the heart of the Vagator district.

Cons:

The rooms were a little unloved and could require some refurbishment. Also, a lack of information provided on arrival.

Good but could be better.
Pros:

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is great; very close to the beach and eateries. The room is clean and has what you need. They even provide dental kits.

Cons:

We purchased a premium room which we had to pay separately for and not through booking.com and we are hassled about the room booking getting cancelled if we did not pay in time even though booking.com said the booking is confirmed. For a premium room, the finishing of the room was poor and there was mold on the bottom of the tiles in the bathroom. The bed is also small for a premium room. I’m not that tall.

Perfect Stay Near Hilltop & Events at Raeeth, Dynamo & Café C02

We always enjoy our time at Emperor Resort, Ozran Vagator. The location is just perfect – within close proximity to Raeeth, Dynamo, Café C02, and of course Hilltop, which makes it very convenient for attending events. Hotel Mango Tree is right nearby too, offering some great food options.

The resort itself has a great vibe, the rooms are comfortable, and the service is excellent. The staff are always welcoming and attentive, which makes every stay smooth and enjoyable. Food at the property is also very good – we’ve never been disappointed.

We’ve been regular visitors for quite some time now, and Emperor Resort continues to be our go-to place whenever we are in Vagator for events. Highly recommended!
