Sheets stained, looked and felt very very different to photos. Very dark in room, mosquito nets smelled funny and all torn up. But a bit one was the sheets stained and just generally not nice, they also didn’t come to clean the room or sheets at all even though they said they would and we put a clean my room sign up

Shower was smelly and not cleaned, poor water flow, poor ventilation, outdated room, aircon was not cool

The staff was terrible , they are not properly trained on how to treat the guests. There is a lady who calls herself the manager . She had zero hospitality and the way she treated us was horrible . We were disturbed at late nights to clarify about complimentary breakfast , which was clearly booked as part of the website . And no water bottles were provided per day . Owner should take care of this . Worst experience

Rushing for profit, the staff checked in noisy guests at 2:35 am who were so excited the place, that allowed themselves to scream “wow!” at night and waking up few rooms. Sound isolation is absent and if you live in bottom bungalow, you will hear everything from the top one: conversations, furniture movement etc….

There were no TV no enough light . And the AC was not at the right place .. there were no toiletries .. and we stayed there for 2 days but water bottles were given only on welcom

Water in the bathroom was not draining fast

There is no good reason to be rude and unpolite.
It rained inside the room for two nights in a row and the staff brought towels to dry the floor but it was dripping all night long which meant i had to fall asleep with the constant dripping. That's ok, it can happen, I understand we are in Indonesia, this is not the reason for the bad review: when I was leaving I had bought a beer on the first day (1euro) and I politely made half a joke half a suggestion of the fact that it rained inside all the time and if they would offer the beer as a 'discount' for the discomfort.
The woman started literally shouting at me. I am sorry but there was absolutely no reason to be rude and unpolite. As I said many times it was half a joke and I had no problem in paying for it (which I did).
She could have said 'I am sorry I cannot offer you the beer' and it would have been totally fine. I am sorry but shouting is just never justified. therefore I would NOT recommend this place, there as other as nice in the area, I am sorry.

Staying in the lower room, I could hear my upstairs neighbors walk around and talk pretty well. There is also a venue nearby that caused noise until quite late on some nights
