The hotel is very qualitative and if it’s fully operational will be even better!
Pros:

We loved the architecture and interior design of the hotel. Comfortable rooms, bathroom, good airco, enough space for your belongings and a safe. There is also parking for your car, you get sunbeds and parasol on the Argisht beach. Very helpful receptionist.

Cons:

A downside is the distance from the beach, if you’re without a car. The hotel has sea view, but is not on the beach front. Another thing is the Spa which was closed unfortunately.

Schöner Strand und gute Zimmer, aber man muß sich selbst zurechtfinden und möglichst fit sein.
Pros:

Schöner Ausblick, Zimmer waren adequat, mit kleinem Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer. Bett bequem. Der Strand mit Sand und Wellen war wunderbar. Der Pool hatte gute Liegen und große Sonnenschirme, es war immer Platz. Kostenlose Wasserkaraffen wurden für die Gäste bereitgestellt. Klimaanlage, Warmwasser, Lift etc. funktionierten gut. Die Bediensteten des Hotels waren jung und freundlich. Im Spa - Dampfbad und Sauna - ist man für sich allein, es hat eine fast schummrige Atmosphäre, ist aber recht kostengünstig.

Cons:

Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass es an professioneller Führung und evtl. an Reinigungspersonal fehlte, da die Zimmer nicht jeden Tag gereinigt wurden.

Es wäre zudem gut, neuen Gästen mehr Information zu geben, z.B. über das Spa, und einen kleinen Plan, wie sie den Strand und die reservierten Liegen finden - wir mussten mehrmals fragen, es war nicht leicht zu entdeckenn. Da man eine ziemlich steile Steintreppe überwinden und eine Straße überqueren muss, bis man an den Strand kommt, ist das Hotel für körperlich oder visuell behinderte Personen eher nicht geeignet. Andere Gäste wussten bis zur Abreise nicht, dass es eine Sauna bzw. ein Dampfbad gab.

Insgesamt sollte das Hotel viel mehr Augenmerk auf die Informationen über seine Dienstleistungen legen. U.a. gab es keine Visitenkarten mit der Adresse, die man Taxifahrern zeigen könnte, und null Information über naheliegende Attraktionen, Touren, Restaurants, etc.

Апартаменты сами по себе красивые, современные и хорошо оформлены. Однако впечатление от проживания было испорчено несколькими важными моментами.
Во-первых, при заселении нам пришлось ждать около трёх часов, пока завершится уборка. Но, несмотря на такое долгое ожидание, номер оказался убран некачественно: в душевой был песок, на полу и в ванной — волосы, а также мусор в самом номере. Это оставило очень неприятное первое впечатление.
Во-вторых, расположение не соответствует ожиданиям. Апартаменты находятся не на первой линии, как может показаться при бронировании, а на третьей. До моря идти значительно дальше.
Кроме того, на пляже бесплатно предоставляется всего пять шезлонгов, а за все остальные нужно платить. В разгар сезона это создаёт неудобства.
В целом сами апартаменты красивые, но сервис, качество уборки и организация проживания не соответствуют ожиданиям. Хотелось бы, чтобы информация о расположении была более точной, а подготовке номера к приезду гостей уделялось больше внимания.

Never again here. Far from the beach (many stairs!!!) and unprofessional staff.

Not much... maybe the view... when sitted on chair...

Cons:

1. Strange employees, very poor breakfast (even a-la-carte, the cooking seemed done by the reception girl)
2. Very far from the beach - 2 rows of stairs (1st row from hotel to main street; you had to cross the main street, then other row of atairs)
3. Cleaning and towels change (even insistently requested!) not done! Only once in 5 days...
4. Hotel architecture amazing but not maintained...total chaos and dirt...
5. Price is way too high for what it offers....and the pictures on Booking should be updated (to reflect the real category - max. 3 stars, never 4!)

Информацията в сайта е абсолютно подвеждаща.Нямаше кафе,вода ,кола,нищо за пиене,да не говорим за храна.Локацията беше много по-далече от мястото,където имахме ангажимент,запазихме си стая с две отделни легла,тъй като сме две жени.И накрая не искат да ни върнат парите вече втори месец.

Lipsa curateniei, neseriozitate.
Cons:

Curatenia lasa de dorit, baia miroasea urat iar prin camera nu puteai sta desculț pentru ca se lipea praful de talpi. Am platit pentru 2 zile, dar in prima noapte am fost sunati de acasă si a trebuit sa plecăm urgent la ora 01:00, din cauza unor probleme. Am făcut check-out ul si unitatea ne a spus ca ne vor inapoia jumatate din bani, respectiv banii pe o noapte, au trecut mai bine de 2 săptămâni, nu au mai raspuns la mesaje absolut deloc, as fi înțeles daca ar fi spus ca nu se pot rambursa banii de la bun început, dar in cazul asta au dat dovadă de neseriozitate maxima. Nu recomand absolut deloc.
