staff very friendly, premises looks great and the roof top bar was nice to relax in

i liked the location near the markets and street stalls

the hot water did not work and the aircon equipment on the balcony blocked the total view which is not good

พนักงานหน้าฟร้อนท์ ห้องบางห้องสกปรกเหม็นอับมาก จองห้องต่อแบบเดียวกันแต่พนักงานให้ย้ายห้องมาอยู่ห้องที่แย่มาก🤔 ขอย้ายห้องบอกเต็ม ทั้งๆที่ในเวปจองยังมีว่าง พอขอเงินคืนจะย้ายออกหาห้องใหม่ให้ได้ทันที แต่ก็ไม่โอเคเท่าที่ควร เคยมาพักปีที่แล้วเป็นเดือนและปีนี้ก็มาอีก แต่ปีต่อไปคงไม่มาแล้ว

I don't understand how this is described as a 5 star experience with 'elegant accommodation'
Pros:

The staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful.
The location was the reason we stayed here.

Cons:

The description of the property had no resemblance to what I experience. The room is very cheap and of course one gets what they pay for.

Just passable for a night if you are in the area
Pros:

Cold water for a shower and no soap or toiletries at all... apart from a small bottle of shampoo. No safe in the room. There was a good TV with access to Google/YouTube etc and good wifi. No cleaning service offered on the second day. Passable for the price but I wouldn't choose to stay here again personally.

Cons:

A safe, some soap in the bathroom, some hot water in the shower - and a quick clean up on the second day - all would have been nice.

Terrible Experience
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

We arrived at 8 pm on New Year’s Eve and they had no room available even though it was shown as confirmed on Booking.com. They then said they had booked us in another hotel locally and sent us in a taxi there. However, when we got to this hotel which was 20 minutes away there was no booking. So we had to book another hotel. Very poor experience would not recommend.
