Отличный отель, с хорошим расположением. Номер был очень чистый и комфортный. Очень отзывчивый персонал.

気になる点はあるけど、それでも値段以上の価値あり！
Pros:

ホーチミンの主要な場所へ行きやすい立地(徒歩、車、バイク)にあり、周辺にはコンビニ、カフェ、日本食レストランも多いです(丸亀製麺あり笑)。中心部ですが通りから奥ばったところにあるため外の騒音に悩まされることはありませんでした(内部も静か)。初めてのホーチミンでしたがスタッフも親切で、フロント周りの飾りも感じが良かったです。特に夜の男性スタッフが地元感たっぷりの愛嬌ある方で良いキャラでした。

お部屋自体は写真より小さめでしたが1-2人であれば十分な広さだと思います。水回りも洗面台とシャワーは壁があり水がかかる心配がありません。きれいに清掃されていました。

エアコクの効きもよくすぐに適切な温度になります。

Cons:

通路は人が通ると電気が点くようになっています。私の滞在したお部屋は居抜きなのか通路側に大きな窓があり、その光が入ってきました。遮光シートやカーテンである程度は軽減されますが、明かりが点いたり消えたりと気になる方はいると思います。強めの遮光カーテンが設置されることを望みます。

水回りですがシャワーの排水が悪く、洗い流した水が浴室の床に溜まってしまうので時間をかけてシャワーを浴びました。

Loved the friendly staff and the location was perfect.

Cons:

Room was very small, which didn't bother us at all, but may not suit everyone. Very clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay.

Na pierwszy rzut oka pokój był w porządku, dopóki nie zauważyliśmy wszechobecnych robaków. Po zgłoszeniu problemu przyszedł do pokoju dozorca i miotłą strącał te robaki, które ja mu pokazałam. Robaki lądowały wszędzie: na łóżku, na zakupach spożywczych, na rozłożonych walizkach. Dozorca pozbierał niektóre z nich, inne zostawił z nami. Odmówiono zwrotu pieniędzy czy natychmiastowej zmiany pokoju. Miało to miejsce o godzinie 23, więc nie mieliśmy możliwości szukać innego hotelu. Dramat!

Excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location and tucked away in a quiet alleyway so you don't hear any of the street noise. Free filtered water provided in the lobby. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Have to pay by cash otherwise a huge surcharge will be applied by card.

Leider eine richtig schlechte Erfahrung. Als wir ins Zimmer kamen, war es offensichtlich nicht sauber – überall Haare auf dem Boden. Wir haben es gemeldet und es wurde nachgereinigt… sogar ZWEIMAL. Trotzdem waren noch Haare im Bad, auf dem Nachttisch und sogar im BETT. Wir konnten es kaum glauben.
Da die Rezeption abends nicht mehr besetzt war und wir uns extrem unwohl gefühlt haben, sind wir noch in derselben Nacht gegangen und mussten kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel suchen – ausgerechnet während eines Marathons, also fast alles ausgebucht.
Am nächsten Tag wollten wir unser Geld zurück, weil wir gar nicht dort übernachtet haben. Das wurde abgelehnt mit der Begründung, man hätte das Zimmer nicht weiterverkaufen können. Für uns absolut unverständlich bei diesem Zustand. Sehr enttäuschend! (btw: die angehängten Fotos, sind nachdem sie bereits zweimal nachgereignigt hatten, entstanden)
