Pros:

Nothing. I had to cancel the booking due to the location and the unclean areas. They show a photo where it is super clean and in reality its a smelly place.

Cons:

Cleanliness was not there. The pathways weren't neat and the lifts looked disgusting. The bathrooms were not cleaned. Had to cancel my booking and had to find a different place to stay. And the staff was kinda rude when i said the area is not clean.

Not woth for the money they charge.
Pros:

Very casual attude of front office staff.Not meeting the customer expectations
TV was not functional.No efforts to make it on road
Only concerned about the money

Cons:

Staff should be pro active and go extra step to keep the guests happy.

There was painting and renovation going on the floor that was given to us. With a family it was little uncomfortable with all those painters walking around shirtless.

A nice hidden Gem in Velankanni
Pros:

Beautiful rooms with air con and fan. Very neat and tidy. Close to Shrine and Church. Highly recommend

Pros:

We did not eat breakfast because the evening meal had been disappointing

Cons:

The noise from the loudspeakers at the cathedral was dreadful. It filled the room as though the speakers were in the room. And started at 5am every day for several hours. So we will slept so badly that we cannot rate the hotel

Good family stay - Can Recommend
Pros:

Staff was welcoming and stay was pleasant with family. Restaurant downstairs was a plus point.
Location was good too because market , church and beach was meter away by walking
