I wont go back here. Its cheap and you get what you pay for.

I like that its close to the center.

Cons:

This room is such a disaster, the bunk beds seems like its gonna break and cannot hold a person, the beds in bunk bed is as hard as the floor. We put the hard matress on the floor and slept there instead. If you try ti climb up the bunk bed it seems that it will break. If you are family I dont recommend this place. At the end of our stay the toilet started leaking and we call the staff because it leaks so fast to the point were it slightly overflow our room and we have to leave early.

We booked the place at a good price, and still managed ourselves to stay with comfort.
Pros:

The staff were really nice and hospitable.

Cons:

We don’t have access on the main gate. I mean, the owner wouldn’t give us the code to have free access on the main gate due to security purposes which is understandable. However, the gate is not attended all the time. There was one time, we had to wait for 20 minutes until somebody let is in. Imagine the trouble waiting there with our two kids.

Also, the toilet was dirty. We had to clean the toilet seat ourselves.
You’ll also be forced to wake up early because the curtains are too thin that lets the sunlight through.

A good location for those who are travelling in budget.... don't expect too much on their toilet.
Pros:

The location was good because it's just a few blocks away from IT park and accessible to restaurants and convenience store. It's ideal for those who plan to do a lot of activities and just go back to clean up and sleep.

Cons:

I was disappointed because we booked the room for 5 pax but they only gave us 2 towels and charged us P50/ towel if you wanna get extra. Also, the toilet drainage wasn't good. Our toilet floor was wet the whole time we stayed there.

Pros:

The location isn't the best but we found it okay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was small but okay.

Cons:

It's still new to booking so there were some initial problems with the door codes, but the staff provided immediate help and fixed it. Guestrooms are upstairs and the hosts (?) private home is on the ground floor. No communal area and wrongly advertised free airport shuttle.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is very good. It is next to IT Park. It is less than five minutes' walk away. I stayed there for three days. It is very convenient and hygienic. There are many restaurants and cafes around, which are suitable for eating, shopping and shopping. The staff are very friendly. I will stay here next time I come.
