No hot water. AC a joke. Cock roaches on breakfast buffet. Much better values elsewhere in Korotogo.
Everything. In short, stay somewhere else
It was clean and in a good location. The beds were comfortable and the rooms quite spacious
Manageress lets this place down
All residents unable to eat at the restaurant one night because of private function - whilst I understand a member of staff should have advised us of this and maybe forgot, when we suggested to the manageress that in future they perhaps put a note under every door, she said no and that she will not learn from the inconvenience this has caused the guests
Asked manageress to get Diet Coke in the bar as one of our party is diabetic - manageress refused to do this and lost the hotel a lot of money as we spent the whole week eating elsewhere including Outrigger, Bedarra and coastal suites next door when ideally with a bit of flexibility by the manageress we could have spent our money here. When we did order a drink the Manageress got a RULER out after our drink was poured and appeared to be checking how much was left in the bottle - very unprofessional
Safe didn’t work. As we are international travellers we needed somewhere to store our passports, asked manageress if we could be moved to a room where the safe works and was advised that NO safes work!! Manageress offered too look after our passports and any cash but that is not an option. Hotel should not advertise safes if they don’t actually work.
Simi on reception just the loveliest person
Millie did a great job cleaning our room
Akoo was the friendliest bar man
And all other staff were great but definitely needs a review of management if you ask me!
Unbelievable that we were welcomed more by the hotel next door who also ensured they had Diet Coke for us.
Bien placé près de sigatoka et pas loin de la plage
Le wifi
The room you're allocated is based on the rate you've paid, so you essentially get what you pay for. So it was ok for us, I did ask for an upgrade but it was fully booked! But grateful still!
Nothing,
Easy to find. Parking is excellent. The gardens were well cared for. The room we were upgraded to was clean and comfortable. Basic breakfast included.
The room we were allocated did not match the description on the website. The so-called Superior Bure was a one bed attached room with 2 chairs. Fortunately, we were offered an upgrade, but only after an issue with the bathroom door, which could not be opened from the inside. All the other facilities listed were shared. The kitchen was in an outside "shed" and not fit to use. An evening meal was not offered, the chef was sick, apparently. No cooked breakfast options were offered. Overall, we would not recommend this "resort."
Fantastic staff at this really cozy resort. Simple to get to and from, no extra costs or hidden fees.
It would be nice to have kayaks or SUPs for hire.
The landscape and building were beautiful.
Staff entering my room with a key without knocking. I was sleeping, and a staff member came into my room, and when I yelled, they quickly closed the door and left.
Boutique resort. Quiet and personal. Beautifully kept gardens. Spacious, modern room. Friendly, caring staff. Small restaurant and bar with freshly cooked food at reasonable prices. On bus route from Nadi to Suva.
Would like fresh milk in room.
Food options and friendly staff. Close to town and attractions
room
close 2 town
staff not friendly ..
room was not ready when arrived
no acknowledgement of us wanting no welcome smile or even glass of water
paid 8 dollars for quick fried chips when we waited
room had plumbing issues and when it was ready by 4pm had strange smell n I felt unsafe
air conditioning is set in 16 u can't go pass that
I will not recommend this place or use in future
Staff were friendly, respectful and helpful. They were eager to please. Rooms are quite nicely set out as are the gardens. Close to the beach and to Sigatoka.
It was busy, and they were understaffed. Internet only in the reception area.
It was an amazing place to stay and hospitality was excellent! Raj was extraordinarily helpful and made it a personalized stay for us. All staff were very friendly and helpful
I would recommend more strong fans and more effective air-conditioners for this extreme weather. Just another caution is the tours they arranged from Salad Bowl Tours(Judy). They over promised but under delivered. Village tour they arranged for, we were not able to even see the village and no kava ceremony. They didn’t refund or compensate to any other activity. It was a very disappointing experience being there in Fiji for the first time.
One could hear everything what happened in the neighbour-house.
I did not get a receipt, despite request. This is not very professionell.
It was a big cockroach in the bathroom.
OK not worth it
Their kitchen never opens.
A great base for day trips to the surrounding villages, markets and beaches
Staff were amazing and friendly - super helpful in every way. Set in a beautiful garden setting
The nearby beach needed a good clean up
