האמת שלא נתקלנו בשום תקלה או בעיה.
המיקום פצצה והשקט היה נחוץ מאד וקיבלתי אותו כמו שצריך. חדר גדול מיטה מפנקת, מרפסת מושלמת, ביקשתי מייבש שיער ומיד נתנו לי, חדר נקי יחסית, חלוקים נקיים.
food was not amazing but everything else was great!

My experience with West Hotel Ashdod was absolutely disgraceful.
I had a confirmed reservation from Sunday to Tuesday, during one of the most important moments of my life my wedding. Starting Wednesday, it was widely known that hotels across the country were closing, yet I received no notification, no update, and no attempt from the hotel to contact me.
I made multiple attempts to reach the hotel from Wednesday through Saturday night. The only person answering was a security guard who repeatedly said he had no information and that someone from management would get back to me. Of course, no one ever did.
I was left completely stranded the day before my wedding without a hotel, without answers, and under unnecessary stress.
To make matters worse, the hotel then attempted to charge me a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking—despite the fact that the hotel itself was closed and unavailable.
This is beyond poor customer service. It reflects a complete lack of responsibility and basic respect for customers, especially during such a critical time. I strongly advise others to stay away.
