Неухоженность и грязь в лобби
Жуткое состояние в буфете и очень не вкусная еда. Одно и тоже в течение 6 дней и все не свежие. Не было даже сезонных овощей

Parking was difficult. Bathroom needs upgrading, tiles damaged, shower over bath not ideal for elderly. Mould on grout shows regular cleaning not great.
