Bon compromis d'emplacement, zone très animée du centre-ville, calme dans la ruelle de l'appartement., tout à proximité ( zone touristique).
L'appartement est propre ,
.Attention : le paiement se fait surplace avec hôtel malgré le cb enregistré sur booking

Good location, but there are better hotels for the same price but the actual hotel room was very nice
Pros:

Good location for walking everywhere, including the main markets. Spacious room very clean.

Cons:

A very real lack of instructions on how to actually get to the hotel once the taxi drops you off on the street
You have to go down a very spooky alleyway , gain access through a coded roller gate through a restaurant, which is closed at night until you find the elevator. No hot water in the showers.. no bottled water provided

Entsetzt verlässt man das LalaHouse
Pros:

Es könnte eine wirklich wunderbare kleine privat geführte Pension sein. Direkt im Schatten großer Bürohochhäuser erlebt man in einer ruhigen Seitengasse ein Stück "altes" Saigon in zentraler Lage. ABER ... siehe "Was hat Ihnen nicht gefallen"

Cons:

Die angeblich 24 Stunden besetzte Rezeption ist tatsächlich gar nicht vorhanden.
Eine sehr hilfsbereite Dame, die ein Restaurant im Erdgeschoss führt, stellte dankenswerterweise ein Telefonat mit einem Herren (Besitzer?) her und öffnete die Tür zum Zimmer.
Entgegen der Bitte war das Zimmer nicht oben, sondern direkt hinter dem Restaurant.
Um 22:15Uhr - fest schlafend - öffnete ein mir wildfremder Mann meine Zimmertür und kam in meinen Raum. Er wäre "ein Hotel-Angestellter" und müsse jetzt kassieren - was dann auch, einmal aufgeweckt, tatsächlich in Bar erledigt wurde.
Dieses Vorgehen und der Einbruch in die Privatsphäre ist absolut unfassbar und inakzeptabel!
Außerdem sollte sich der Inhaber überlegen, wie er seinen Laden organisiert und seine Kundschaft ordentlich über An- und Abreise informiert. Denn seine diesbezügliche Infodatei ließ sich nicht öffnen. Auf meine schriftliche Bitte, mir mitzuteilen, wie die Ankunft denn jetzt erfolgt, erhielt ich stattdessen die Antwort "have a nice day".

Pros:

Property was quiet due to being tucked away down and alley and at the back of a shop. Staff were helpful on check in and it was super easy having PIN codes for all the doors so we didn’t need keys.

De locatie in het centrum.

Cons:

Douche was koud en het appartement moeilijk te vinden. Personeel was wel via whatsapp bereikbaar maar verder niemand gezien die ons heeft geholpen. Bedden waren kneiter hard.

Incredible location, great room, make sure they finished renovating ground floor
Pros:

Location, absolutely. Room was clean and new well designed

Cons:

The fact that the first floor is under renovation?!?! That the work noise waked me up and I needed to cross through cloud of dust on my way out.

В целом место нормальное, тем более за свои деньги, но у нас сложилось слишком много минусов, поэтому опыт ужасный, всё
Pros:

Хорошое расположение.

Cons:

1) Кондиционер в комнате хоть и стоял на режими холод и 14 градусах, всё равно дул теплым воздухом. 2) TV не работал
3) с 8 утра в Субботу работники начала греметь, сверлить стены и стучать молотком
4) работники начали красить дерево лаком прямо в помещении, закрыли все двери и у нас в комнате ужасно воняло лаком. Мы сбежали из апартаментов, потому что нам стало плохо от этого запаха. Это худшее из мест где я останавливался. О ремонтных работах и о том что буду красить прямо рядом с вами и оставят сушиться это все прямо внутри, надо предупреждать заранее.

Disappointing stay - ongoing construction in the Building without warning
Cons:

We had to check out earlier than planned because the conditions were simply unacceptable. None of the issues we experienced were mentioned in the listing — especially not the loud construction starting at 7:30 AM right next to the rooms.

The shower was clogged, the bed was just a mattress on a wooden frame (no slatted base, very uncomfortable), and the bathroom was so small that you couldn’t even sit properly on the toilet. On top of that, the walls were extremely thin — we could hear every step from upstairs and even the elevator running.

I would not recommend staying here until these issues — especially the construction and poor room quality — are resolved.

Pros:

スタッフが優しく色々教えてくれた。
ロケーションが良い。

Cons:

細い路地を入った所にあり、更にホテルの入り口に照明がなく暗いため、夜は少し怖い印象。
シャワーの水圧が弱すぎる。
昼間は熱いシャワーが出るが、夜はぬるま湯しか出ない。

À peu près tout.

C'est très bien situé.
Un bon Phò juste en bas, des commerces, du quartier festif, du métro, des lignes de bus.

C'est dans une ruelle très calme, un véritable oasis dans le tumulte de la ville.Et c'est sécurisé.

C'est très bien pour une personne seule, du moins la chambre que j'avais.

Cons:

La lumière du couloir qui donnait dans ma chambre. C'est tout.

Great value, central location.
Pros:

Great location near Saigon Centre, off the main road. Nice room with fridge and balcony, if front room requested. Firm bed. Laundry service. Mgmt responds to concerns. Good A/C, when working, and surprisingly solid WiFi!

Cons:

A little strange in that it is not a real hotel. It's in an alley. No lobby to speak of. No counter to great guests, just an empty bottom floor. If you're willing to accept this oddity, it's a great value with responsive management. They'll even do your laundry! Unfortunately, I had a leaky air conditioner that needed to be repaired. The door can be a pain with codes that don't always work. Other than that, very nice stay, especially when on a tight budget.
