It was underwhelming compared to the other Lemon Tree hotels. However it smelled good, location was good and the staff named Kusum.
It smelled of garbage in the floor we were at, I did speak to the reception about it and they didn’t do anything about it. The menu while good, didn’t have most dishes, offer what you have. The Thai curry tasted like a horrible Chinese dish, huge difference between Thai and Chinese. The staff didn’t bother taking the order and when they finally did take the order, it took them 20 minutes to let us know the things we ordered wasn’t available, took them over half an hour to give coffee that too after one complained. Having said that staff member Kusum who was taking care of breakfast, was a breath of fresh air, considering we had given up on the hotel staff, she was pleasant and attuned to the guests needs. Everything was good, right from check-in to check-out. The staff was polite and courteous, hotel was clean, and the food was good. It's great for families with 3-4 members, as there's a family room with 3 beds. So even if you are a family of 4, you can simply request for an additional bed and everyone stays in the same room. Plus, the room size is big enough so everyone's comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to any one traveling to Agra.

Everything was disgusting from the service to the food to the room
There was a very strong smell in the corridor and the room was very poorly maintained and there was no cleanliness also the staff was very unprofessional and disrespectful
