Great location, near the center. Our room was located at the back of the hotel so it wasn't very much noise. Very friendly staff.
the room was very spacious and clean, better than I expected. Was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly
Breakfast Buffett was a small selection but it was still nice and differed slightly each morning and wasn’t super busy
the shower has a wet smell to it but it’s nothing too bad, and the toilet struggled to flush a little bit, have to press the button a few times to get it going
The room was spacious, and we also had a balcony with a nice city view. The staff at the hotel was nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and fresh. I also used their dry cleaning services, the price was very good and it was very quick as well. The location of the hotel is convenient as well: 5 min walk from metro and Basmane train station, 10 min walk from the bazaar.

Where do I start, as soon as I entered the room and opened the wardrobe it fell apart, its barely hanging onto its hinges. This is the same for the toilet roll holder and towel holder in the bathroom. Hair dryer was poor, shower head was abysmal. Water sprouting in every direction, you could tell the shower had not been thoroughly cleaned. The bed was basically hard as a rock, after asking for mattress toppers or something to help, on the final night the lovely cleaning lady provided us with a thick blanket and duvet which I placed under the bedsheet.
The room size was great, with balcony but no chairs or table on the balcony to sit in and enjoy the sunset. We were in room 701. Only one lift, so there is a long wait at times as realistically only 4 people cant stand inside.
Location for the hotel was not ideal in the end, it was always a 25 minutes walk to the sea. I would recommend staying closer if you are visiting Konak.
Breakfast was repetitive, same Pogacas and Borek each morning. You only get boiled eggs with the inclusive breakfast, if you want anything different then this is an extra cost.
Overall, I was not impressed, the pictures on this site are very different to what you get.
