Cons:

Disappointing stay. The soundproofing is very poor, with way too much noise. The Wi-Fi is absolutely terrible unstable and basically unusable most of the time. The staff doesn’t speak English, which makes communication difficult. Breakfast is far from acceptable: no self-service, no variety, always the same food in very small portions. The drinks are bland and tasteless.

On top of that, the hotel name shown on Booking is not the real name of the hotel. I only found out the actual name by reading other guests’ reviews. This is unacceptable, as it is misleading and causes confusion, and the hotel does not mention or correct this anywhere.

Ein wunderbares stadthotel. Top Lage. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und großzügig ausgestattet. Die Benutzung der kostenlosen Waschmaschine und Trockner ist zusätzlich ein Plus. Freundlich, zuvorkommend, und hilfreiche Tipps vom Personal runden das Ergebnis ab. Jederzeit wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Der Name des Hotel ist von außen nicht ersichtlich erkennbar. Der Eingang befindet sich in einem Gang von der Straße weg. Trotzdem gefunden!
