Beautiful hotel right in the centre of the city.
Pros:

Pros:

El personal A1, me apoyaron y me resolvieron un problema que tuve para conseguir efectivo en una ciudad que a pesar de ser muy turística como Cuenca, no tiene mayores servicios para facilitar la visita de los turistas (cómo no van a tener una casa de cambio en toda la ciudad, ni siquiera en el aeropuerto). El personal del hotel logra apoyarme a resolver la disponibilidad de dinero en efectivo, especial agradecimiento a la señora Lorena. Las instalaciones son confortables y el hotel es muy bonito y está super bien ubicado en pleno centro histórico. El desayuno es bueno.

Cons:

Muy pocas realmente, solo que el TV tenía problemas para captar los canales de streaming, había que desenchufar y enchufar el televisor para solucionarlo, ya que se perdían los canales cuando solo apagabas el aparato. Es más una molestia menor, pero digamos que fue lo único que no me gustó.

Very loud building with aggressive manager

Cons:

The workers blast music and shout and make as much noise as possible all day which can be heard from throughout the hotel because it is built like an amphitheater. When I asked the manager to turn down the music at he acted like I was the inconsiderate one, and he refused to turn it down (and he had a very angry/aggressive look in his eyes like he wanted to fight me; he seems like a dangerous man). So you can never enjoy a quiet day of reading or rest here because the staff think they are more important than the guests. Would definitely not recommend anyone stay here.

One of the worst hotel we stayed in.
Pros:

There is nothing to like no hot water terrible noise curtain that dont close so streetlights lit your room.

Cons:

No lamps in bedside lamps, no shampoo, no hot water.

Pros:

La ubicación y que el hotel es bonito

Cons:

Que no tengan la posibilidad de pagar con tarjeta de crédito y además que en la noche fui despertada por el ruido y risas de las personas que llegaron de madrugada, debería haber una persona controlando eso
