Emplacement au top. Je suis venue avec quatre de mes copines pour un voyage entre filles. Samy, le gérant, a fait son maximum pour rendre notre séjour incroyable. C’est très agréable de tomber sur une personne aussi honnête. Je ne peux que vous recommander cet hôtel.
En revanche, petit bémol concernant l’isolation : l’hôtel est au bord de la route et on entend le tuk-tuk de la boulangerie jouer « La Lettre à Élise » tous les matins.
Un détail qui ne doit pas vous freiner au risque de passer à côté d’une pépite.
Veldig hyggelig personal
We loved our stay at Kai Kazee Ella! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was so kind and thoughtful. We were traveling with my 5 year old daughter, and they put a small children’s writing desk on the porch for her to use. We had a beautiful view off of our porch and loved sitting on the porch watching the monkeys across the street every morning. It was about a 25 minute walk into Ella town, but we often took advantage of the tuk tuk’s that the staff coordinated for us, or Samy drove us himself several times. The breakfast they prepared for us each morning was delicious, and they even brought us a fruit plate one day just because. We used their laundry service as well as the clothes were returned us in less than 6 hours. At the end of our stay, Samy gave my daughter a small gift that he had picked out for her, which was so unexpected and kind! We would highly recommend Kai Kazee Ella, and will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Ella!
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The hotel itself it a bit neglected. It's more of a home stay that needs some TLC. It wasn't very clean, the bathroom felt grimy and the duvet had an unpleasant smell. The hotel is right on the Rd that leads into the town center and all the traffic passes by right in front and the the hotel has no insulation from the sound as it has single glazed windows. This was altogether what contributed to an average stay.

Erg gehorige kamer. Ligt aan een drukke weg. Soms leek het of je op de weg lag te slapen. Badkamer leek niet erg schoon. Als je de kamer opkwam rook je ook een vieze lucht van natte hond.
there was only one bed arranged even though it was 2 of us coming, so we could manage the pillows but there was only one blanket and i had to ask for a cover for myself additionally. there were no more fresh plain blanket and pillows for another bed. Also the breakfast came later than the time we agreed for (we were going for a scheduled train that’s why it’s important to mention); and one of the meals had to be prepared again because the eggs were raw. overall I think there is a room for some more training of staff, this properly might have a potential.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Betten waren bequem und die Aussicht war sehr schön!
Das typische Feuchtigkeits-Problem … leider hat es so stark nach Schimmel gerochen, dass wir nur mit offener Balkontür schlafen konnten. Damit muss man in Ella leider rechnen …
Hoteller ligger lige ud til et sving, og hver gang de køre der dytter de og køre med høj fart, så det larmede virkelig meget, det var rigtig svært at sove om natten, da der er mega lydt, og der var lidt en underlig lugt, samt der stod at morgenmaden var med i prisen, men køkkenet var lukket, da kokken var på ferie, hvilke skulle være oplyst inden ankomst
This was my first time staying at this property. The staff were great, the room was comfortable, and the food was excellent. The management was very welcoming, friendly, and flexible. As a Sri Lankan tour guide, I highly recommend it to both locals and foreigners.

Mycket trevligt bemötande och personal. När vi skulle åka iväg tidigt på safari så ordnade de även med frukost som vi fick med oss på vägen. Sköna sängar och flera kuddar att välja mellan. Stort och rymligt rum för fyra personer. Frukosten var välsmakande och till belåtenhet. Boendet ligger en bit bort från centrum, men det vara inga problem att gå utmed vägen. Trafiken kör lugnt och tar hänsyn till gående. Ett tips är att använda reflex och ficklampa när det är mörkt.
Duschen var lite svår att få rätt värme på.
