Cold and cozy. Its understandable, the facilities is under construction, but what most important is the cleanliness.

Cons:

Lamps very dim. If possible, fix the lamp along the hallway so that it would not be like an abandoned property.

Dirty and so noisy, the wall is only using a playwood so you can hear the voice and the sound from the other room. Blankets & pillowcase dirty. Bath towel too. Maybe u can change to the new one. Buy the new one. Really smelly & dirty. Towel also thin. Water heater not functional. Please add more light around the hotel site because its so dark.
