抜群のロケーション、オールインクルーシブでこの価格と品質、親切なスタッフ、広い部屋など全般的に満足度が高い滞在でした。ビーチに直接でれることに加えて、近隣にもレストラン・バー・ショップ・コンビニが多く、観光にも滞在にもとても便利でした。

Cons:

ビーチに直結の裏返しで清掃してもらった部屋でも砂が部屋に残っていたこと、シャワーの温水の出が悪かったこと、駐車場がないことがもう少し改善を期待したいことです。駐車場は提携でもいいので提供してもらえるととても安心感あります。

Pros:

Trato del personal y la ubicación del hotel. Limpieza de las habitaciones, por la habitación todo bien en los servicios.

Cons:

El costo es levado pero es lo mejor que encontré, el pagar mas del doble por una habitación por comidas y bebidas me parece levado.

Una excelente ubicación, frente al mar, el personal muy atento y amable.

Cons:

La habitación vieja, el aire acondicionado no daba lo suficiente, y el baño igual viejo. Básico para la estancia, pero relación calidad precio, la verdad no lo valía. Sin embargo, si estaba limpio y reitero, por locación y atención del personal lo hicieron una estancia agradable.

La ubicación, la habitación, el personal muy amable. Todo super bien, la vista era padrisima y toda la habitación era muy amplia y linda, iluminación en todos lados, fue un viaje corto y definitivamente volveré para disfrutar más de este hotel :) La ubicación es perfecta, todo a los alrededores, la playa limpia y libre de piedras, de noche también super lindo incluso me quedé dormida en una de las sillas del balcón! No dudaría en volver a reservar

Wonderful, right in the center of the Romantic zone which is our favorite part of Puerto Vallarta.
Pros:

We love looking right over the pier, along with people watching, all with an amazing ocean view! The balcony is nice size and the room and bathroom are both large. It was nice having a separate pool which was adults only. It was great having a coffee machine and fridge, which unfortunately doesn't have a freezer. There are lots of stores nearby however to buy ice and drinks. This location awesome as you can walk to many incredible restaurants and taco stands.

Cons:

They dont allow guests. My sister was there so would have been nice to bring her up to our room, and pool. I ended up talking to one of the help and they said they do allow guests for a fee.. Would have been nice to have a notice about that. The area is charming "old Vallarta", but with great upscale restaurants, and a nice beach.
