Location was in the heart of the Romantica District with beach ⛱ front access. Close to Bar and Atractions with a very Gay Friendly 🏳️🌈 and Diverse atmosphere. 😎
The all-inclusive food and drink was acceptable and good.
The pressure and rainshower nozzle in the bathroom were not the greatest for showering
It was beachfront in Zona Romantica. We stayed in a suite which has a sea view in the adults only tower.
Nothing. We did not eat here. There are so many restaurants and food vendors close by.
Location is in the Zona Romantica and very close the beach Pier which is surrounded by alot of restaurants and shops. Fast and easy check- in.
The room was basic. They give one hand towel. No handsoap holder, no hair dryer. The safe in the room 606 is broken. No coffee maker in the room. The patio door doesnt lock the door. My friend lost his “wrist band” and the hotel made him pay $2000 pesos which is ridiculous.
I did not eat breakfast.

Tiene buena ubicación, tiene buen acceso a playa. La mayoría de los empleados son muy amables.
No cuenta con microondas, no cuenta con cafetera, no cuenta con frigobar, no cuenta con secadora de pelo. Las instalaciones son viejas y en mal estado porque había goteras en el baño y la puerta hacia el balcón no cerraba con llave.

The à la cart breakfast was good. Consuelo Jimenez our camarista took very good care of us. The beachfront location was marvelous.
No one fully explained how the wrist bands worked. We didn’t know there were different classifications an that it was imperative to return them at checkout. One morning we ate breakfast in the restaurant. We wanted to go back to the room to rest a bit afterward but the maid was still cleaning. We left our table and went to rest on the lounge chairs and management sent someone to tell us that we needed a gold wristband to sit there and that we didn’t spend enough on breakfast to sit there. (We spent 600 pesos of the 700 required to use the loungers). There were 6 chairs or more and only one was in use and we might have stayed 15 minutes. We felt this was very petty and very poor service not to mention very unwelcoming. Then at checkout one of us had cut off the wristband and tossed in in the trash in the room and the female checking us out rudely pushed the room key at us and insisted we go back to the room and dig the wristband out of the trash. Unacceptable treatment of a guest.

Great location. Three meals a day if you book with all inclusive. Staffs are great.
