Para quem não faz questão de vista do quarto!
Pros:

Quarto limpo tudo novinho, roupas de cama e banho de excelente qualidade!

Cons:

A vista do apto é para o estacionamento! Vc toma banho de banheira conversando com quem chega no hotel! Sugestão: colocar no anúncio que não tem no quarto talheres e panelas para usar e que precisa ser solicitado na recepção!
