Highly recommended.
Pros:

Well equiped, comfortable, pristine clean, relatively new apartment close to the beach. Access to two nice pools belonging to the building, one of them on the 9th floor roof with a splendid view. Friendly, easy to contact and ready to help owner. Easy parking with a place designated to the apartment. Dogs friendly.

Cons:

The apartments have no specific garbage collection place. Personal trash has to be carried out and disposed in sparcely located public containers on the streets nearby. The whole locality (Navodari) is very densly builded on. Buildings are a few meters from each other with almost no green space between them. Fortunately, there are no other buildings between the complex we have been staying and the beach.

Very nice stay, great host
Pros:

Very nice apartment in a new building, with rooftop infinity pool, nicely decorated and well equipped. Loved the beans-to-cup coffee machine, totally beats capsules. Great location, near good beaches, restaurants, bars, and shops. Excellent to have its own parking space (right under the balcony). Great host, super responsive and helpful and accommodating!
