Exceptional
Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and exactly as described. The location is excellent, close to many restaurants, coffee shops, and within walking distance of several places of interest.
The staff were courteous throughout my stay. I’d like to especially thank Tú, who was exceptionally polite and helpful, and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived.
I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Lạng Sơn.
