Pros:

Good sized rooms with comfortable beds. Quiet. Good location, just a short walk, about 5 minutes, to the nearest metro station and no shortage of places to eat just short walks from the hotel. The included breakfast was good too. Nothing amazing but not bad either and definitely good enough to get you going for the day.

Cons:

Two minor complaints. The first one, which seemed to be common across many hotels we stayed in South Korea, the AC temp was set to sauna levels. And even if you lowered it, every time we left the room it would default back to 27c - 27c!! But I did figure out a hack - pull the card out of the slot, wait for the AC to reset, then lower the temp and walk out the room. The other minor nuisance was the shower. It was one of those hand held / wall mounted types but when you had it in the wall mount to use it as a shower, it pointed almost horizontally.

Amazing hotel, great value for money, kind staff.
Pros:

Very spacious and clean room. Breakfast buffet also very good. Reception staff very kind and helpful. Hotel easily accessible by subway. Surroundings offer large restaurant choices and bus stops in the proximity offer a nice alternative to visit the city. If i'm ever back to Daegu, I will not hesitate to book again.

Cons:

Breakfast hours could be extended to maybe half a hour more.
