Pros:

El desayuno no estuvo bien, es una lástima que en una zona de tantas frutas no las tengan disponibles, a la hora de pedir un huevo diferente te lo cobran extra , mejor cobrarán más y dieran un mejor servicio me pareció muy mezquino

Es importante que indiquen , como lo indica su administración es un Hotel para corporativos no familiar , esa fue la respuesta de la gerencia , y yo visité el Hotel con mi familia

Near the main road.

Cons:

weird smell in the room. We booked an upgrade tp the suit but the jacuzzi did not work properly and it was more of a bathtub than a jacuzzi. Television did not work either..

the second place we stayed in playa negra was a true disappointment. it was advertised at los rios and we have it a shot for 2 nights. never got a survey about that place though

Pros:

The location being near the river. Bed was comfortable

Cons:

No outside food or drinks. Subject to a $40 fine. No alcohol around the pool.
No smoking on the grounds of the hotel
Jacuzzi in the suite did not work. both days.
Steaks in the restaurant were not the meat described in the menu.

Room nothing like description. Did not include many of the things listed, well they could not as room far too small. Balcony had no chairs, only one chair inside for 3 people. Listing said sofa, no, desk no, dining table no, seating area no..
Even though almost empty our room was at front, very noisy, trucks all night. Back rooms would have been much quite and they are identical so not sure why put where noisiest. The worst value for money in 2 months in Costa
