Disappointed
Cons:

By default, only one person was added when booking. We are a couple. The reception demanded to pay more when we arrived, although the room we took could accommodate two people. I did show the reception on booking.com, the price does not change even if you change one person to two persons for the same room. This hotel charged me unnecessarily. No where the room information does it say not more than 1 person, but it says max 2 persons.

Good stay but WiFi not working and water bottles not kept on day 2.
Cons:

WiFi was not working. The WiFi password that they gave was not working. I asked twice for it. The password that they gave was incorrect. They did not keep the water bottles , on the day 2. When I asked for it, then only they brought it .

Called up booking.com and raised my concern. They could not do anything and left me on roads.

Pros:

Clean rooms with required facilities best was 24hrs hot water, good interiors with latest facilities.

Cons:

Only 2 bottles of water is provided on ask for another it will be chargeable also bell boy kept asking for money which is not looking good even after paying him once.

Great stay, nice ambiance, good food.
Pros:

The location of the property is great, everything is accessible in walking distance and transport is easily available for anywhere in Tirupati and Tirumala.

Cons:

It is clean, staff is friendly and prompt but the helpers ask for money every time they help to carry luggage.

The hotel and rooms were clean and the food was limited in options but was good. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We had to pay for basic amenities like water in rooms and the wifi was terrible. There are separate rules for online booking versus in person booking which was confusing at times
