Closer to Shridi Baba Temple
All good ☺️ price has gone up .
Nothing Waste of money
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect which is about 5 mins walk to the Shirdi Temple.
.
Been a 3 star hotel I found the rooms were bit dirty specially the shower rooms. We were offered another room but we decided to move to another hotel.
Location
It was confusing where the reception area was. There was one desk in the ground floor but there was no body around to direct us. Finally figured out that the front desk was on the 1st floor. There were few steps to get to the elevator and I had few senior citizens with me who found it difficult to climb and then take elevator and walk all the way to the front desk to be seated while the room is getting ready.
The staff did not provide me with a bill of all the charges. I singed all their paperwork and bills but they did not provide us with any invoice of all the charges. They charged extra 1000 rupees per room for late check out though the room was available.
The towels were super dirty. The soaps were not in sealed cover. I could not turn off one of the lights next to the bed so I had to sleep with that light turned on. The bathroom shower was draining slowly.
Hotel refused rooms to us
We had to find alternative arrangements
Last minute hotel denied us room
We had called few days to confirm our reservation
Poor
Location is very good, rooms are clean and staff very good
Clean and near the temple
The location, the staff, the food, the service were all very good. We loved the Sai murti and prasad given at check out. The staff were very friendly and prompt in responding to all needs.
The cleanliness… there was hair on the floor and stains on the bed sheet. The blinds in one room was not working. The shower did have hot water and even the force of water was very low.
Outdated
Room had roaches
Bedsheet had red ants
Hot water is not hot but like warm
AC doesn’t work
Just the fan is LOUD
Only two things about the hotel can be deemed acceptable. Firstly, the hotel is conveniently located opposite the Main Shirdi Sai Mandir. Secondly, it offers a decent breakfast.
Dissatisfaction with the services provided. The price that was charged did not reflect the level of service received.
The lack cleanliness was an immediate concern. The condition of the hotel was substandard and disappointing. The bathroom in particular was in an unsanitary state, with visible algae and yellow stains present. This was far from acceptable.
Additionally, the towels provided had clearly seen years of use and were threadbare and faded. This is not the quality one would expect considering the hotel rates.
I was also surprised to find that basic toiletries were not easily available. It was an inconvenience to have to ask for these essential items, something I believe should be automatically provided considering the cost of the room.
Given these experiences, it's hard to justify the hefty price tag that comes with a stay at your hotel. It's regrettable to say that despite being a frequent visitor to Shirdi with my family, this will be the last time I patronize your hotel.
The hotel is located close to all the amenities, especially the temple and plenty of restaurants. So we felt very comfortable staying in your hotel.
Hotel staff should be able to communicate in English. We expect them to understand at least basic English as we came from a country where we don't have opportunities to be exposed to most of the Indian regional languages.
