What a fantastic home away from home!

Pros:

great place to stay in dili. staff were the highlight but room was perfectly acceptable. big living room separate from bedroom. wifi and aircon worked great. laundry on deck if needed. breakfast was fine. pool to cool down.

Apartment hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

Super friendly helpful staff. It is really an aparthotel, with kitchen, washing machine etc, ideal for longer stays and self catering.

Cons:

A few glitches with rhings not working - but staff corrected these as soon as they could. Apart from excellent breakfast, the bar restaurant is exceptionally limited - one kind of beer, two aussie white wines - thats it!!

Location good, pool great. Quietness nice. Staff helpful

Cons:

They could have told us we gad to walk up 70 steps to our room. The ocean view as advertised was bullshit. If you strain you head from TV out, an ocean view was only possible. The wifi satellite system is archaic and not practical 😑 the puctures on booking .com have been touched up. The outdoor luving space and pool is small. A bit deceiving for my liking . Albeit not much else to select in Dili.

Pros:

Personnel extra, super propre dans la chambre tres confortable, nous avons mangé pres de la piscine (nourriture commandée par le personnel pour nous) , super petit déjeuner. Nous etions a Dili pour prendre le depart de notre croisiere (deviée de Darwin à cause d'un cyclone) mais Dili n'est pas une belle ville (sécurité et infrastructures)

Palm Beach Hotel, Dili
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, einige Strassen von der Küste entfernt in einem relativ rühigen Gegend.
Das Frühstück war nicht schlecht, aber mit eingeschränkten Auswahl.
Das Zimmer war klein aber sauber und das Bett bequem. Das Hotel dient eher Business Kunden passt aber auch für Urlaub

Cons:

Der Preis ist hoch für was man dafür bekommt. Das ist aber auch dem Fall bei anderen Hotels in Dili.
Der Gegend ist nicht sehr schön und es gibt nicht viel zu sehen.
