Everything was absolutely amazing. The team are genuine and professional with a wonderful set-up that makes you feel at home. The room (Double King) was spacious, comfortable and super well-styled. Quiet, safe location and perfectly positioned near the station with tons to do in the surrounding areas. Not a single thing to fault. The girls were so helpful with information pre-arrival, as we had some things to clarify with a guest arriving earlier, as well as a package coming. Not a single moment was stressful, and they even let us store our bags and rest in the common area before we headed to the airport, too. Thank you for such a wonderful time! Best hotel in Tokyo by far.
Nothing!
The main worker Yuri was extremely helpful and gave us many recommendations and even offered to help us books reservations!
Really nice, helpful owner. Quiet location, calming design, great facilities.
Lovely boutique hotel
It is owner managed and on a number of occasions - the owner did a couple of extra things that were appreciated but then for some unknown reason she would suddenly say something that would make it quite clear she was doing us a favor and that made us feel very uncomfortable- in addition she charged an absolutely excessive fee for a lost key - I can understand a small charge but it was a large charge and this left a bitter taste at the end. after all this was an extremely expensive hotel which is fine but she could have avoided such a large charge for lost key when already making good money from us
We stayed at this lovely family run boutique hotel during New Year's week. The quiet location of the hotel was a restful contrast to the crowded tourist areas which we could easily access by walking to the nearby train station. The accommodations were modern and spacious with very comfortable beds which have Simmons Beautyrest mattresses. Our very tall teenage boys easily fit in the beds. Our room also included a dining table, sofa, and a small kitchenette. Our booking included a delicious breakfast made daily on site by our hosts and served in the lounge. We even had a special New Year's Day breakfast called Osechi Ryori which included ozoni and a traditional Japanese breakfast on the weekend. The warm hospitality that our hosts extended to us made us feel like we were guests in their home. When we went out for a day trip, they would offer thoughtful items to take depending on our itinerary. When our family became unexpectedly ill, our hosts gave us a care package with supplies and brought breakfast up to our room. We couldn't have been more well cared for. Our kind and gracious hosts treated us like family. They made our trip to Japan so memorable. We would definitely return.
As others have mentioned, the city building code must require a standard exit sign that was way too big and bright. We had to find a way to cover it up, which turned it into a nice nightlight.
Love the vibe, style and the facilities. Very welcoming staff!
Just the exit light inside the room was so bright during the night. We covered it while we were there.
