The bedsheets weren't clean. The bathroom wasn't cleaned. Hot water connection had some issues. No soap or towels provided.

Good WiFi, comfortable bed, you are right against the main road (quiet at night) but you can look out at the sunset view in the hills. Owner helped me with onwards travel when I couldn’t get an Uber.
No shower, just the tap and bucket set up, there are inclusions like free airport transfers which are definitely not included (and you can see why given the cost but they need to change the listing!) and the ‘included’ breakfast clearly wasn’t the norm by the reaction when I asked for it. They seem really busy opening a new Honestay so don’t think I got them at their best when it came to helping with general information about the area etc but they were available via WhatsApp for my transport needs.

Rooms were very well kept, all with private balcony with a view over the valley. The owner (Vibin) and his wife were super helpful and recommended us the Kolukkumalay safari which was by far the best experience in Munnar.

We stay at 'Hill Side Home' during our Munnar trip. It was one of the best choices we made. We stayed there for a whole day. The room is very clean and every room has a balcony which is amazing. 100% privacy. They treat us like family.
Really a home stay. Management behaves as Our family members. Everybody can go and stay there with full confidene. I give 9 marks out of ten
