Uneasy for some of my family member needs updating some fixtures.
Pros:

Accessibility close to city Center & the airport . Reported a fault dealt with accordingly

Cons:

My family member complaining of electrical socket faulty . Shower dial is not handy to use. Hot water not always available. One room didn't have replacement coffee. Requesting for ice bucket after 9pm was not given not to mention no more bar / alcohol drinks sold by then.

It would have been a better hotel except...
Pros:

The location

Cons:

The resto. The hot soup and the food I asked to be taken out was placed in a plastic bag., not plastic container. It was so disappointing so i asked to speak to the manager and didnt see the manager. So i just left the food there.
