Pros:

Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich aber gut, Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind überwiegend sauber, das Bad könnte mal renoviert werden. Die Lage ist gut und man bekommt schnell Transportmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Der Pool ist nicht sehr schön und das Pool Restaurant ist zu laut und zu überfüllt.

Foods for breakfast were excellent to my taste buds ❤️ 10/10
Lifts / elevators smells so nice and fresh 👍🏻

Cons:

One of our drawers was a bit hard to open and close.
Other Bathroom ceiling a bit moldy
Must have strong exhaust fan 🫢

Horrible…. If can give a negative star, this property deserves it .
Pros:

The staff are helpful, respectful and did what they could to make my stay bearable .

Cons:

All three rooms I stayed at had roaches . The rooms had pungent smell, the shower heads were rusty , the bathroom floors were slippery, the toilet bowls, the bathroom sinks all had cracks . The room ceiling had cracks, the wooden bed frames had cracks, the mattress had a flat sheet but no fitted sheet. The duvets had stains, the towels were old, the bath rugs worn out . Breakfast was horrible , wifi wouldn’t connect . The hotel is run down . The hotel looks like it is going bankrupt. No hotel supervisor ever spoke to me to address my concerns. The Housekeeping supervisor , Kerry, was very professional and did her best to accommodate my request. I paid for a room good for 3 people
But ended up staying in a smaller room because the older building was worse than the newer building . My stay is the most miserable I’ve ever been . Do not waste your time and money . Spend a couple hundred pesos more and get a better hotel .

Cons:

Poor service at the restaurant as I had to go to the counter to order food and drinks and i had to wait for more then one hour to obtain my order nearly everyday. Poor housekeeping services: no soap or hand wash in bathroom despite numerous requests, on numerous occasions i had to remind to provide bottled drinking water in the room, insects in the room. Noisy air conditioner.

Pros:

I like the location since its a quite area and have spacious parking area😊 Loved the welcome drink... Loved the food, but it would be nice to have more options on your viand...

Cons:

We arrived late 9pm and a bit tired from travel, I feel annoyed when the staff at the check in counter let me wait first to finish what she's been doing, rather than to letting us check in first, and I am the only customer at that time... it is my first treated that way in any hotel ive been thru... but the rest of the staff they are so accommodating...
