Disappointing
Pros:

pool

Cons:

A lot. The A/C unit wasnt working properly. It was just fan mode all throughout but since there was no other room left, we were stuck with the unit that we had. Dapat nag sabi sila na sira ang AC hindi na sana sila tumanggap ng booking namin. THE BATHROOM IS DIRTY!!!! Cafe food is average.

Cockroaches, bad smells, stuck in elevator, nice pool though.
Pros:

The location and the swimming pool are really nice and the lobby is nice. Beds were reasonably comfortable.

Cons:

Cockroaches in the room, the floor in the room was filthy the cleaner knocked at 7 Am to clean the room, we told him to come back later as we had arrived at midnight. he didn’t, we then asked 3 times for it to be cleaned all were ignored.
My wife then got stuck and in the elevator - neither the alarm or the call button in the lift didn’t work so she resorted to shouting.
The room was in poor condition with an awful smell in the bathroom. I assume the pictures are old.

We like the food there’s a lot of choices. The staff are friendly .
Pros:

It’s clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I booked it because there’s a swimming pool and free shuttle bus to the airport. Unfortunately in the final nothing happened . You need to pay shuttle and the pool it’s not available 🙁
