there's alot of cockaroaches and the key card wasn't working and they cannot fix it. breakfast was poor. shower was broken

3.5/5 as they need to update the physical facilities

The staff around were friendly
the daily cleaning was exemplary
I have stayed for almost one week
they have parking space for occupants
Breakfast were complete and aims for perfection

Cons:

The room we had with the ceiling peeled off
from bathroom to the actual bed room

it shall be even compensated or discounted
